Hi I always have Rachel Eley as she is such a lovely person. She is down to earth, easy to chat to, knows how to cut my thick long hair and open and honest about my expectations with after care & styling. From the moment you get in there it's daunting as a bloke who has never been there before but I must say the staff were friendly and very attentive. It's a very professional service and well worth the money. I had a stylist called Alex and he was friendly and a funny guy so it passed the time and made it more enjoyable

I'm always so happy with my hair. Carly been cutting my hair for years, she is extremely easy to talk to and makes me feel very comfortable. She always cuts my hair so brilliantly, I would never go anywhere else. Hannah and nicky colour my hair and they both very great and I am always happy with my colour.

I always have a great experience when I visit, the team are very friendly.Nicola always knows what to do to hide my grey hairs!

Super service as usual, friendly staff both on the front desk and the hairdressers themselves. The hairdressers are willing to offer style advice if you are looking for anything new.

Popped in for an overdue hair cut. As usual Jason was splendid. He listened intently before starting on my hair! The end result....perfect. I couldn't ask for better attention either, from the shampooist to a lovely hot cup of tea! I would recommend this salon very willingly. While I realise that the salon NEEDS to be well lit, as age creeps up, the bright lighting does nothing for my confidence.

A really great first cut from Style Director Karly. As a long-term client of Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden and having moved recently to Southampton (with some trepidation about a change of stylist), I was very pleasantly surprised to have a fantastic new hair cut by Karly. She was extremely pleasant and professional, and, above all, a terrific stylist giving me the best cut I've had in years! All the other staff at the Southampton salon were also extremely friendly and welcoming. I look forward to returning. Thank you!

My second time visiting Toni and guy and again can only say lovely words about the place,staff and customer service. Alex added a bit more colour to my hair and it's exactly what I wanted. I have had many compliments. He styled it the way I wanted it and I have booked in again for 4 weeks time. The guy who took payment was lovely he has always smiled or payed me a compliment when I've been in there. Not a bad word to say about toni&guy
