I was first time in this salon (Toni&Guy) , and I am sure I will be back because I love it all together was perfect !

I visited the salon today, after spending a lot of time googling hairdressersin Southampton. I needed just to jump in and get my self an appointment.
It was the comments that I read about Jason that made make my desicion to book there and then.
I wasn't disappointed.
What a refreshing change to have a manager that isn't all about him!!
Jason was genuine , calm and put me at my ease instantly
We discussed what he would be doing to my hair today and also talked about me returning to have colour which I have wanted badly. Our chat left me very excited to return as I really felt "he got me" I'm thrilled with my hair and really enjoyed my visit .. Good atmosphere and great hair cut Thank you Jason I trust you???????????? xx

Had a great haircut with Hannah as always. . Staff friendly but was offered a drink which never appeared ..but it was a busy Saturday ..

With only a handful of reference images Taylor gave me the perfect haircut.
She worked well under what seemed like a lot of pressure.
Taylor was kind and exceptionally professional.

I will no doubt ask for Taylor when I next need a haircut.

I went in for a re style and was feeling really nervous but
Michelle was so convenient and professional it gave
Me so much confidence and the result is amazing.
I look 10 years younger thanks to her great ideas. Well

Today was my first time with this salon in a few yrs. I can say l was not disappointed rachel who cut my hair listen to what l wanted and helped me make a decision l was very happy with the result and will be returning. Once you get past the receptionist everyone was very friendly and welcoming, l felt very relaxed the whole time l was there. the receptionist could learn a lot from her colleagues a smile cost nothing.

A really enjoyable experience.. It started with a lovely head massage with my hair wash, then had a lush hair cut with a super lovely stylist Carla (or possibly Carly.. Sorry for getting ur name wrong ). I look fwd to my next appt ????

I had a t-section highlights and a cut and blow dry. I left the salon feeling amazing. Both Alex and Michelle gave me exactly what I wanted and it's the first time I've come away from the hairdressers thinking the colour or the cut couldn't be more perfect. There was no dreaded "yes we can get there gradually" with the colour, and I've never been happier: the toner he put on has given me a beautiful colour. The cut is fantastic and my hair feels and looks healthy. I had to ask twice for a coffee but I don't care because my hair looks amazing! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service I received on my visit yesterday. All of the girls were very friendly, chatty and helpful. I'm pleased with the colour I had done. All in all I would reccomend this salon to everyone.

Wow! what a fabulous colour. Once again Alex and Jason worked together to interpret what I wanted. And again I am absolutely delighted. I have noticed over the years at Toni and Guy, everybody leaves the salon with hairstyles worthy of a catwalk model.

If you are reading these reviews and deciding whether to give Toni and Guy a go, make an appointment for a blow dry and have a consultation with Jason. It will also give you the opportunity to look around and see other customers with their fabulous haircuts.

As you can see, I am a big fan. A round trip for me is 64 miles. Well worth it to look and feel fantastic.

Jason (the Manager) is a superb hairdresser. He really listens and truly translates what you want into a terrific cut and style. I'm absolutely delighted with my cut. I've returned to this branch after 4 years as I cannot find a hairdresser who compares with his expertise. If you're looking for a hairdresser,who will give you honest advise and a great cut/style, phone Jason.

I've had several appointments now with Hannah and I'm always happy with the result! Hannah is always pleasant and does a great job. Really impressed.

The color was too blonde and I didn't not like the technique use to bounce the hair.

My daughter had her hair cut and dried today. Always an excellent cut and her hair looked so glossy and shiny when finished.
Carly always listens and discusses in full any requests. Our trips are always a very relaxed experience.

Lovely service every time, I get full head highlights with Niki, who always takes the time to talk to me and what I've been up to. She knows exactly how I have my hair so I hardly need to explain myself.
Not to mention the fantastic trainees who style my hair afterwards. Can't recall their names but they always ensure my hair is finished well.
Like I said I wouldn't go anywhere else, been coming to the Southampton salon for 3 years now :)

Superb service from the Toni and Guy staff at Southampton. Brooklyn cut my hair today and I'm over the moon with my new look. Lots of likes on my fb profile ????. Brooklyn took time to discuss what I wanted and have me options on how to achieve healthier and thicker looking hair. She showed me the products she used and explained how they work. I love my hair and always recommend Toni and Guy to my friends they are a great team and really friendly.

I drove 70 miles today to have my hair done by Alex as my daughter uses this salon and her hair always looks great - I can highly recommend Alex he did my hair exactly as I asked and I am very happy with the result - all the staff are friendly and welcoming and I will be returning and happy to recommend this salon xx

So ! As a random walk in customer have been totally transformed by your stylist Alex ! Was a hard decision to cut my hair late afternoon as my daughter is getting married tomorrow ! My cut last week by another salon was good but not great ! It's great now and I made the right choice based actually on the consultation he gave me ! My new stylist ! Thank you Alex you will make my day tomorrow !

Recut as I didn't like the previous style

This is the second time I've had my haircut by Rachel, and I love it...again. Guaged exactly what I wanted, consulted on how it would suit me and after I asked for more info on getting my hair coloured Alex couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent tuition by Jason to the trainee, step by step, calm explanations. At every step he complimented her on her achievement s,which boosted the juniors confidence. He demonstrated the complicated step so she could follow suit. I enjoyed my experience and would be happy to go again. The junior member was attentive, conscientious and thorough.

I've always come here as my hair is difficult to get right and since the first time I've been I've never been let down. Brilliant.
