Had my hair cut and style today and I was very pleased with it and the service was excellent and the stuff are very friendly

I had excellent service today, the junior that blow dried and straightened my hair did a superb job! My colourist always does a great job in matching my colour along with the great conversation!

My colour was amazing and the service was great. Taylor who washed and blowdried my hair was the best!

As usual Jason is the best in his field in town ,always feel pampered and nothing too much trouble .
High recommended

Nicky does my colour regularly and she's fab. Professional, friendly, and I'm always pleased with the results.

i get my platinum bleach blonde done every 5 weeks here by hannah who is superb. she totally gets exactly how i want it to look and does it right every time. not only that we chat away like little grannies (sorry hannah!) and the time just goes flying by! would recommend hannah to anyone for colour (have my hair cut with jason).
toni & guy southampton is friendly and relaxed and would recommend the salon to anyone!

Very happy with the cut and style of my hair, but felt a little rushed. I've never had that before, perhaps today was an exceptionally busy day.
My usual experience at Toni & Guy at Southampton is one of pure pampering in a very precious me time.

I had a consultation with Jason and we decided I needed a change, a dramatic one!! I had a picture of what I wanted which Jason adapted to come up with some great ideas. He then put them into practice making me feel at ease and infecting me with his enthusiasm. The result being a complete transformation for cut and colour, making me feel like a new woman. It's amazing what a new hairdo can achieve for self esteem. So thank you so much to Jason and to Taylor for all the hair washes and head massages ????

Alex is very Friendly and welcoming every time.i have my hair colour.he has done wonders with my hair ,when other girl could not.no imagination as to take me from black to being fair now .it has been work in progress.every time iv been so pleased.and the young girl how is soon to qualify in July is lovely too. Nikki did a fantastic job lifting my naturally dark drown hair to a gorgeous ash blonde. I now have fashionable colour that I LOVE. I've seen Nikki go from Trainee to Director. She knows my hair and what it will and won't do. I always leave T&G with great results. Thanks Nikki.

Paid my first visit to this salon today. Hannah was recommended to me by a colleague because I constantly complained that I was unhappy with my fringe after every cut. Hannah really listened to what I wanted the end result to be and I wasn't disappointed. She did a great job and she's very pleasant. I booked my next appointment before leaving and I would definitely recommend her.

The person washing my hair this time needs much more training. Her touch was too light, she washed my hair in the same place and left other parts untouched. The usually very nice bit of Indian Head massage at the end was very short and not hard enough. Her confidence could be built up with observation and feedback. It was very disappointing. Have only had two poor hair washes in several years of going to T&G and this was the worst. Hair cut superb as usual.

Had my colour refreshed at Southampton Toni & Guy today. As always my hair now looks amazing (only wish I could get it to look as fab). Staff there are professional and very friendly. No way would I go elsewhere to have my cut or colour done :-)

The stylist was friendly, efficient and talked me through what she was doing, offering tips and advice for hair maintenance at home.
The end result looks fab! Thank you very much.

My hairdresser Alex is always professional,friendly with a warm welcome and knows how I like my hair and has and continues to always do a fantastic job and hasn't become complacent as it's nice to be made to feel welcome and valued time and time again. All the staff are professional,polite and make you feel welcome, I would always recommend Toni and Guy Southampton.

You can always rely on excellent customer service and a great cut at this salon. Today I had a colour with Jason which was great, I wanted something different and he delivered. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had full head highlights with Nicky , then cut and blow dry with Jason . These experiences separated by shampoo/head massage from Brooklyn . All 3 were excellent. Colours are fantastic and hair shape beautifully "swooshy" . No inane chatter. Just a great service, promptly and responsively delivered. The outcome is seriously the best my hair has been for 10 years. Thank you!
