I just managed to get my hair appointment before the second lockdown. Jason worked his magic on my hair as usual. I felt safe and everyone was so kind. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience! I came into the salon today feeling very “out of love” with my hair - was perfectly willing to have it all chopped off in fact! Rachel discussed with me my options - sensible and thoughtful ideas, I immediately felt better ! She’s focussed and quiet which I love - I was particular tired today and the last thing I needed was a chatty hairdresser, I appreciated the quiet! Rachel was focussed and worked carefully, I could tell as she quite often picked up sections of hair and then dropped them to see how they naturally fell before cutting. She took her time and wasn’t slap dash about a single cut. The end result was so pleasing - I was I love with my hair again! An intelligent cut that suited my face and curly hair. Massive thank you Rachel ?!

I was able to move my appointment. I haven't had Rachel before but I'm very happy with my haircut and the advice she gave on maintaining my hair during lockdown as it be feeling dryer than usual.

I wanted a restyle and Jason gave me a great cut - from shoulder length to short. I went home and, after playing around with my hair myself, I wanted it tweaked a bit. I explained this to Jason and he booked me another appointment straight away and free of charge to ensure I was fully happy with my cut. Following this second appointment, my hair is now totally fabulous and I am completely happy with the final outcome. Jason is understanding, thoughtful, creative, and a superb hairdresser. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I’ve had a similar haircut for about 30 years but today Jason suggested something quite different, I went for it and I love it. I feel younger, more up to date and the whole experience was great, Jason is great and explaining and really picking the right style for you. Thank you !

After having a bad experience at a different salon this was my first visit to Toni&Guy to try and fix my hair. Brooklyn was so nice and really listened to what I was hoping to achieve and made it happen. I was so happy with the overall finish and will definitely be coming back again.

This was my first haircut since March lockdown and my bob had outgrown from my last cut. It was a mess. I actually had a different style in mind a shorter cut but was guided by Jason. I had a lovely hair wash and massaged scalp which was really relaxing. Jason was lovely throughout my appointment.He has a lovely warm personality.When he had finished my hair I was so happy with how he had cut in the back it wasn’t too short like I initially wanted and I’m so glad he kept it the length he did. I’m so happy with it. It’s a beautiful cut. One of the best bobs I’ve had and I’ve been wearing my hair like this for many years. I would recommend Jason to anyone that asks me where I’ve had my haircut. Which I often get asked when I’ve had it done. Both Rachel & Jason give you the most amazing service. I would not go anywhere else.
My boyfriend came to pick me up from the salon and had a big smile on his face when he saw me. Thanks for another lovely visit.
