With all this madness we find ourselves in, the visit today was actually a relaxing and enjoyable experience which is hard to achieve these days. I’ve been getting my hair done by my hairdresser sister-in-law for YEARS. Every few appointments it just goes wrong, and I got fed up of being miserable! Hannah got my colour absolutely spot on as well as being so personable to talk to, so pleased I made the switch!

A 3 hour round trip to see Jason was well worth it! Amazing cut with great attention to detail as always. Jason always listens and manages to produce an end result much better than I can describe! If Jason could move his salon closer to Dorchester that would be even better!!

Was a bit worried about having my hair cut after lock down , but I felt safe , not to many people in in the salon and the place was Covid secure

My appointment was for highlights and roots colour and the stylist did only the highlights saying that is better without colour. I insist but she said no. My hair has an awful colour that doesn’t suit me and I look older than I am. Also my hair was soaking wet when I left because I was rushed for the new appointment that the stylist has.
Was my first time on here and sadly the last time.

Came in for a half hwad of highlights, had post lockdown roots which were awful. Booklyn done an amazing job and packed the blonde in. Super happy, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Felt very well protected and still had a relaxing experience for my first post- lockdown haircut.

I had my hair cut and styled by Rachel, who really is fantastic. Rachel is extremely professional and friendly, with great conversation. Rachel provides a bespoke service; ensuring that it is a relaxing experience, whilst also providing some fantastic tips for healthy hair in the process. My hair always looks incredible when I leave, even if I walk in with overgrown damaged hair. She is a credit to the company.

I have been coming to Toni & guy for about 15 years now & I was extremely disappointed that I had to wait outside in 30 + degrees heat , for my appointment - no chair or Umbrella provided. Not a great experience for something that is suppose to be a relaxing experience & not great customer service.
I had spoken to a staff member in the morning of my appointment & I was not told that I would have to wait outside.
If I had known I would of not turned up early.
Reception Staff need to be offer a better customer service & be more proactive, especially in these challenging economical times.

To make matters worse , I was not reminded by phone or text , that I needed to get a skin test , so I postponed by highlight appointment, I could of chosen to go elsewhere.

Next time I need my hair doing, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere , as not a great experience:-((

As usual I received the excellent standard of customers care from Hannah at Toni & Guy Southampton. Loving my new balayage do and am relieved the 5 months worth of growth is now gone. This is a Covid19 free salon....it’s fastidiously cleaned and sanitised. You receive a mask, disposable gown and there’s lots of sanitiser everywhere. Staff are careful, so if you are worrying about getting your hair done, stop now! Treat yourself in an Uber safe environment with staff who care about you.

Fantastic colour and great service. Very happy. All clean and government guidelines followed. I personally felt unsafe with stylist only wearing visor (this is governent guidance) and believe scientists also now questioning this is sufficient protection due to position of client sitting below stylist and visor therefore open above client Hannah accepted my concerns and wore a mask ..so relieved my anxiety.

Hi Rachel cut my hair today shorter than I wanted however with al the PPE I think it’s quite hard to judge I didn’t mean to upset Rachel she is an excellent Stylist and I will return as soon as I can thank you

Steven rates Jason '10 out of 10' he enjoyed his trip to the saloon today (it's a pity he cannot demonstrate his gratitude himself). We like Stevens hair cut we would recommend Jason to everybody for giving professional hairstyles also demonstrating understanding and kindness to those people who find the experience traumatic.

As always Jason is amazing and provides a great experience when visiting the salon regardless of the times we live in!
