I came to the saloon today and had such a lovely experience. I have been working a lot during the lockdown becoming knackered and had stopped looking after myself. Jason made me feel comfortable and has me feel so great with my amazing new short hair. I now feel comfortable and confident going out with my new look.

Look forward to my haircuts with Jason. Always happy with the style and the cut has been done well for you to style yourself at home. Been a loyal customer for a while and never disappointed.

I took advantage of the NHS free haircut. These lovely people have volunteered to spend their day off to cut our hair. My hair has been revived and I feel beautiful again. I will be coming back here as my regular hairdressers now. Friendly, good conversation, professional and great at hair!

After 5 months without a haircut, I have come out today with a totally new look! Am delighted. Jason is the best!!

First haircut post lockdown and I was really impressed with how the salon dealt with new guidelines. Apart from wearing a mask it was an excellent experience. I was reassured by the safety precautions put in place and still felt pampered. Well done to the team and all done with smiles.

Katie, has been cutting my hair, now for just over a year, she is lovely and polite. Today with obvious, ongoing situation, the salon was well run, and organised, was a enjoyable experience.

They arent on the list but I had Jodie today, such a lovely person and brilliant stylist, was very thorough in asking what i wanted and always checked if I was happy with the styling, would definitely want them again to cut my hair. As for the safety measure I am so impressed, the PPE packs are brilliant, all the seats are distanced properly and all the staff wore face shields, felt very safe and comfortable.

Jason and his team provide an outstanding service to clients. Jason is a fantastic hairdresser and always manages to interpret my sometimes conflicting wants (!) into a great cut. I cannot recommend Toni & Guy Southampton highly enough!

As I have moved from Norfolk to Southampton i was hoping that Toni and Guy would give me the best service as I've always received and i wasn't disappointed. What can I say- started the day with a 16 year old in floods not wanting to leave the house due to a cut she didn’t like. Booked in with Jason, he was a wonder! Spent time getting to know her - and her hair. Gave her the pros and cons of her hair type and what can and can’t work. He managed her expectations and the went to work his miracle to rectify a bad cut into a runway delight. She looked incredible and as a mum I saw her brimming with confidence by the end. Not the cheapest option but skill, expertise and knowledge comes with a price tag and for me was well worth it. Jason was a true delight and massive confidence builder and he truly delivered today. An exceptional man and a fabulous salon experience. I/we won’t go anywhere else, thank you so much!!!

Even when you visit the salon as a Model, at Southampton branch, the staff make you feel so welcome and special.
Nothing is too much.
They look after you so well and the juniors too are trained at such a professional level, you are confident they will do a great job.
Which they did with facilitation from Jason and Brooklyn.
