I went to this salon after my previous salon let me down cancelling appointments at the last minute several times. I was a bit nervous as I needed my balayage to be retouched and I had a very defined idea of what I wanted. Going to a new salon is always a bit daunting :) I couldn’t have had a better experience, Clair really listened to me and got the idea adding her advice too. She did a great work!!! I could feel her experience and I definitely felt looked. I am really happy with having transition to this salon and I can’t wait to my next appointment!!

Brilliant as always. Clair is fantastic at doing my bob. Lovely atmosphere and came away feeling very happy.

Colour last week and normal blow dry this week. Brooke takes on board any comments I make and she aspires to be the best.

I went for my consultation with CJ regarding my upcoming hair appointment. I felt very comfortable and listened too. CJ took on board what my end goal looks like but was realistic and honest with my expectations :) I am very much looking forward to having my hair done soon. Thank you

My experience having a haircut was amazing. Clair was great at guiding me through what would be best for my thick wavy hair and teaching me how to style my new haircut. At first, I chose a style that looked great on someone else but NOT on my type of hair, so the salon and Clair were fantastic at helping me get exactly what I wanted that suited me with no extra charge. I left very happy, I love my new haircut and I'm glad to say that I finally found a salon that makes me feel heard and that I matter as a customer. 10/10

Took my 10 year old son in for a haircut, Something he finds really upsetting, Clair was brilliant she explained everything she was going to do so he knew what to expect, She was very calm and gentle, He was very quiet when we left, but he told me in the car he wanted Clair to cut his hair from now on, Thank you for making something that is usually so hard really easy. Oscar is a fan!

My stylist CJ was brilliant and gave me some excellent advice with regards to my thinning hair. His cut and blow-dry was super and my hair felt much softer and thicker when I left. 100% would recommend!

First time visiting the salon and it was incredibly welcoming. Hair was finished beautifully and matched exactly what I'd asked for by Brooke.

Always come out feeling pleased with my colour & cut. Lovely to have a hairdresser - at last - who understands how I want my hair done rather than what the hairdresser wants.
CJ definitely be does this and I recommend him highly.

Very considerate service with David Antony and another lovely haircut with Clair. Even days after my appointment, I was able to return and have a few adjustments made free of charge. Clair really took the time to make sure I was happy with the results.

Great cut by a great stylist

Great colour and cut today from David and I know it’ll stay good for over six weeks until I go again. Plus special treats for January to take home - what’s not to like!!!

Clair and the other stylists at the salon are always friendly and welcoming. Clair is very professional, knowledgeable and always does my colour and cut brilliantly, highly recommended her and the salon.

Hair cut is uneven, bangs are way shorter than i asked for. Face framing pieces are uneven

The staff are really competent, friendly and very experienced. But it does seem that every time I go the prices have gone up quite substantially.

My last T-bar was £87, and that was without a blow dry or a cut. But saying that I am very happy with the colour

I have been coming to this Salon for about 15 years,The customer service is always gold star from every employee and Claire always colours and styles my hair perfectly. Wouldn’t want anyone else to do it! Would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent service and friendly environment!

One of the best hair cuts and colour I’ve ever had. Also the most cheerful,friendly hairdresser I could ask for. I could not fault her.

Heidi was fabulous, she listened to what my daughter wanted, understanding the style she wanted, was friendly and chatty and helpful with how to style her hair herself when at home!! It was my Daughters first hair dresser experience, and she is thrilled with the outcome!! Thank you x
