Heidi is so good with my 2 children. She puts them at ease and knows just what to say. She's been cutting my hair for over 10 years. Excellent service.

CJ always makes me feel completely at ease and does a wonderful job on my hair. He makes having your hair done the most lovely experience. I can’t imagine having anyone else do my hair!

I was seen by both for my colour and Heidi afterwards. Absolutely lovely staff and I always feel in good hands. The price has increased, which I wasn’t aware of, but in hindsight I should’ve checked

Brooke did a lovely job blow drying my hair. As an apprentice she made sure that I was happy every step of the way. I won’t hesitate to have her as my stylist again.

Charlotte has been cutting my hair while Heidi is currently off work, and it can be worrying going to a new stylist but Charlotte is great! Felt so relieved to have so much weight out and such a feathered look :)

Best salon in Portsmouth by a mile!!!! I would never go any where else for my colour and cut. Charlotte always does it perfect! I always leave feeling amazing. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. Such a lovely experience every time I go. David Anthony had kept his staff as most of them have been there for over 10 years, which says it all. It’s been a challenging year with two lockdowns. Missing hair appointments because of this. Today Sarah has made me feel so much better with an amazing cut and colour as she always does. I’m ready now for working with an easy to manage style.

Sadly, not impressed. Haven’t been here for years and remember why now. Didn’t enjoy the wash (water too hot, nails too scratchy, no nice head massage which is part of the whole relaxing experience?) and don’t like the smell of the shampoo and not sure conditioner was even used. Didn’t feel like it when getting brushed. Very roughly dried and mostly blasted in the ear with the hairdryer. Didn’t feel like a treat at all. Looked dry and frizzy. Cut / trim was ok but just a tidy up really. When I asked about product I was reminded I only paid £37 for a cut and finish. A cut and blow dry would be £57. Surely a little spray to give a bit of shine or make someone feel good or smell nice(r than the wash products)
wouldn’t be too much to bring customers back again? Being very British I didn’t say much but it was obvious I wasn’t impressed. Also being very British I just won’t go there again. I was there less than 40 mins and don’t feel this service was worth £1 per minute.

A much needed colour and trim which as always has turned out beautifully. We also got to put the world to rights. What’s not to love?

It is so lovely to be in a place that feels safe and is full of friendly (masked) faces.
CJ is so easy to chat with and he really knows about curly hair. He always checks that I'm happy with the products he uses.
I (and my hair) feel revived after an appointment.

Sarah did an amazing job on my 3yr old grandsons hair. We never know how is he is going to react but Sarah had the patience of a saint and Charlie was relaxed and never made a fuss. Ty xxx
