Had a hair wash, cut, blow dried and straightened
Offered a coffee, only negative it was a standard instant, would have preferred a choice even if it was a sachet cappuccino
Overall a nice experience and would go again

Grace is always so friendly and always asks how I want my hair, every step of the way. She always layers my hair so nicely and is so patient drying my thick hair!

Faye has done a great job at cutting my hair, and I'm really pleased with it. She also was very professional at managing a miscommunication - I wasn't told when I booked that I would only be able to get a longer cut, so when I turned up requesting a short hair cut we were both a bit surprised! Nevertheless she gave me the option to rebook, but I went for just getting her to tidy up my hair and she's done a great job. This was my first visit to the salon, but I will still come back as it is so friendly.

Grace fitted me in calmly despite being a team member down today. The salon was quiet and calm, no manic music, just friendly conversation and a good cut and soft blow dry, the products have left my hair feeling fresh, soft and clean, couldn't ask for more and all at an affordable price, I'll be back ! ?

Grace is very welcoming and talks you through exactly what she’s doing. She made my hair exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend Grace!

Went in for the first time to get my haircut for my graduation. The service is great, prices really reasonable and the staff are really friendly! Would definitely recommend!

It was my first time at the green room and I chose the half balayage with toner and a blow dry style. I love the result and Grace and Paige were so lovely during the process. Great experience defo recommending to others and I will return again. Grace is so talented and technical with her work, everything was executed so professionally.

Really lovely hair salon, all staff made you feel welcome! Paige did an amazing job on my hair, making me feel so much happier and better about myself! Definitely will be returning here in the future :).

It was my first time going to a hair salon as I always thought that it was a bit pricey, but I can confidently say that the quality of my visit was definitely worth the money! I was terrified of how my hair was going to look after getting it done for a balayage but now I can’t even stop looking at the mirror and admiring how I look. It definitely helped to gain more confidence and I’ve fallen in love with myself all over again. The atmosphere is lovely and staff were very welcoming and hospitable, but special thanks to Grace for the excellent service that she provided.

Hadn't had my hair cut for three years, so I was very nervous. I dropped in without an appointment, the lovely friendly stylist saw to me straight away, did exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled with the results! ?

Second time at the salon. Received a warm welcome the moment I walked through the door. The team are really friendly. Grace asked me what I wanted done and she did exactly as we discussed. Perfect cut, feels great. Worth the 2&half hour drive! I’ll be back.

This was my third time going to The Green Room but my first time with Grace. She is so lovely and completely understood what I wanted and checked with me everytime before doing something to check length etc, which was very comforting. Will definitely be back.

I love having my hair done and it was the first time I went to the Green Room. I know I’ve found my go too salon now. I work away for long periods of time and I don’t have much time to care for my hair so I come home needing a pamper. Kaycee instantly knew what I wanted and is a wizard when it comes to hair colour! I couldn’t believe the result and I’m in love!

Bernice really listens to what you want and need from a cut. I have partly curly, partly straight hair so it isn't straightforward. Loved the cut and the company. Definitely going back!

Grace is always so friendly, helpful and professional! - from colour consultation, to talking me through every step of the cut and colour all the way to styling the final product- she is able to copy the style/cut I’m asking for every time without fail. I cannot recommend Grace enough :)

Went to the Green Room for my pre-wedding cut & colour and they totally understood the assignment and how important it was that they get it right. They smashed it - perfect colour & managed to keep as much length as possible. Very happy!

Paige new exactly what she was doing when she had to correct my hair cut from another person who messed it up ,she was friendly and I came home very happy with what she did , had lots of lovely comments from friends and family, will be definitely going back to Paige .
