So so happy with my hair - exactly what I asked for and cordelle was lovely as always:)

First time having Katie colour and cut my hair. I am really pleased with the outcome.

Tilly listened to what I wanted done. She was professional and friendly. Will definitely be asking her to do my hair again

Mia took over from Cordelle. she is lovely and has styled me hair exactly how I like it. taking into consideration that I wear 2 hearing aids . Mia always cuts m hair so they’re not seen

Always love coming to Hairott Waterlooville; the atmosphere is great, the staff are lovely and they always make me feel welcome from the moment I arrive to the time that I leave. My stylist listens to my thoughts about my hair from the previous 6 weeks and works with my descriptions, and cuts my hair really well. I really appreciate the small bit of me time I have, and glad to spend it here. Thank you HairOTT team.

Once again Mia excelled on advice on what would and would not suit me. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and comfortable. I am very apprehensive about change to my hair style and colour but always feel both involved and comfortable in the joint decisions we make on what cut/colour to have. Would highly recommend both Mia and HairOTT to anyone looking for friendly advice and excellent service.

Haven’t had my hair styled for years and didn’t know what to expect. Felt at ease straight away and talked about being nervous and unsure what I wanted. Liz put all my concerns away, making suggestions that worked for me and listened to my concerns. From taking the initial call to walking out, I felt looked after and will definitely go back.

What a lovely salon to be in,modern,welcoming and a friendly atmosphere.
I felt listened too and although my Stylist was busy I didn’t feel rushed at all.It was a great experience from beginning to end.I felt listened to when talking about what I’d like and everything that was explained back left me feeling very confident and relaxed about what was going to be done.Thank you for a really nice experience.I will definitely be returning.

Always knows just what I want and is very welcoming and supportive of my hair whims. Only request is to stock oat milk/dairy alternative so I can have a cup of tea too.

Hair looked ok when I left the salon although a bit shorter than I would’ve liked. After the first wash it’s probably the worst haircut I’ve had. Not sure what’s happened but it’s blunt and doesn’t seem blended. It’s going to be a pain to style enough to look nice and doesn’t go into a ponytail like I asked. Not very personable stylist and the worse shampoo I’ve had. Didn’t even feel the conditioner go on. Need to go and have it blended now.
