Felt I was treated as a valued customer

Tia did my hair today, she made a brilliant job. It took a long time, but every step of the way she made sure I was ok, even gave me a couple of breaks. Love my hair it looks so healthy and has a beautiful shine, Thank you Tia.

I had my roots with a blowdry by Grace today at Waterlooville salon. Grace was very professional and very friendly, my experience in the salon was very pleasant will definitely be rebooking.

Lizzie has an exceptional eye and has transformed my hair back to its glossy chocolate colour!

Cornelle took the time to understand what I had in mind and discussed all the options with me. I have ended up with the most fantastical haircut and I am over the moon. Thanks agian

Another great hair cut by Casey, warm, friendly and very professional and obviously I love the way she cuts and styles my hair.

My hair is expertly cut by Liz. She is friendly and cheerful but she is always very thorough. I also enjoy having a head massage by the nice girls who wash my hair.

Fabulous hair cut by Cordelle, felt like she really listened to what I wanted. She is very precise with her cutting and the result is perfect. Will definitely be coming back for more cuts & have also booked in a colour. Highly recommend.

Always love coming to Hairott Waterlooville; the atmosphere is great, the staff are lovely and they always make me feel welcome from the moment I arrive to the time that I leave. My stylist listens to my thoughts about my hair from the previous 6 weeks and works with my descriptions, and cuts my hair really well. I really appreciate the small bit of me time I have, and glad to spend it here. Thank you HairOTT team.

Once again Mia excelled on advice on what would and would not suit me. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and comfortable. I am very apprehensive about change to my hair style and colour but always feel both involved and comfortable in the joint decisions we make on what cut/colour to have. Would highly recommend both Mia and HairOTT to anyone looking for friendly advice and excellent service.
