Cordelle has cut my hair a few times so I asked for her to do my half head of foils. I loved the time she took even though she was busy and the end result was just what I wanted.
Casey made a brilliant job of my messed up cut . She came to the rescue !
Eloise was very friendly and polite on arriving. She explained everything thoroughly during the appointment and made sure to ask plenty of questions about what I wanted which I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the end result and she also gave me advice on how to maintain the style

Excellent appointment as always with lovely Liz. Time was taken to discuss colour refresh, with some highlights added to brighten as recommended by Liz and then modified the style cut and design. Very happy with result 🙂
Love her service and attitude, didn't love this experience too much.. I felt my hair was pulled a lot (especially in hair wash, also the lady washing my hair had a wet bracelet that kept hitting me in the eye) and dye left on my face.. My stylist did help me with the dye though.

Lucy thoroughly discussed the considerations/issues I had with my hair previously, she made suggestions on how best to match my idea of what I wanted with what could be achieved also taking into account my lifestyle. Been going to hair OTT for a year now ,my main hairdresser had left so put with a different stylist for highlights and my hair turned out Grey not blond ,after complaining as i was so upset they asked me to come back next day to be told they could not really do anything ,i asked for my£122 back ,no one really cared less no apologies as to say will not be returning

I had my hair coloured today, she was a very nice young lady asked me what I wanted I was looking to have my hair the same colour as I had it done six months ago. When my stylist applied the toner and we went back to the chair, dried it off a little bit. It was not the colour I was expecting, but nothing was too much for her as she suggested we do a few things to make the colour a lot less lighter after three attempts, my hair was a lot less white than it was. When I went back to the chair. The first time I think she is a lovely lady and a great asset to OTT. The only thing I would mention is when she is performing a blowdry and straightening, she needs to slow down and take a little bit more time as I feel it was rushed, but I love the salon and will definitely be going back again for another visit

Lovely helpful greeting and then shown straight to my chair a perfect cup of tea and a chat about what I thought of my last cut and colour and Katie had taken note of my previous visit and we discussed what l wanted to achieve this time.Katie makes my visit a pleasure and answers all my questions and advises me on treatments.
