Lovely atmosphere, all staff were great. Mia talked me through options and helped me choose what was best for me. Talked me through each step and explained why etc. Checking in throughout too. Nice chat about me and life etc too. In love with my hair again.

I was made to feel so welcome at Hair Ott. Layla provided me with a very thorough consultation. She listened carefully to my preferences and discussed the pros and cons of the various colours and the different choice of products. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. The application of my hair colour, as well as the wash and blow dry and the head, neck and shoulder massage were done professionally and skilfully. I am so pleased with my colour and hair style. My hair feels so silky and looks shiny too. My husband said he thought my hair looked really lovely. Thank you so much.

I visited the training school today to have my hair cut and coloured. I was given the very best attention snd well looked after by all the staff. I was very pleased with outcome and would recommend this training school

Been going to Masterclass for over five years and I’m always pleased with my hair.
Whoever does it and however long it takes my hair is 100% when it’s finished.
Only thing to remember it’s a training school so you must be prepared to kept longer than normal.

I was greeted by a member of staff when I entered the salon. The trainee hairdresser Lottie made me feel welcome and she treated me professionally and with respect at all times. Both Lottie and one of the teachers listened to what I said I wanted to achieve with my hair colour. The teacher explained the pros and cons of the different types of hair foil options and prices. They helped me to decide what was best option for me, to help me make an informed choice. Lottie explained what she was going to do at each different stage as well as giving me advice and information about how to achieve waves and how to look after my hair such as products that can help me control my frizz and dryness.

I am very appreciative and feel motivated and inspired to buy these products and use them at home.

At the end of the hair service, I looked and felt transformed by my new hair. Lottie had provided me with such an excellent colour and styling service. She offered me a head and neck massage which was very relaxing. My hair felt soft and glossy. I just love my new hair colour and style! I have already had compliments which was so lovely. Thank you so much to Hair Ott Modelling School. I am looking forward to my next appointment near Christmas.

Lovely friendly atmosphere. The ladies are welcoming , they listen to what you need, and while student led you are always in safe hands with an experienced member of staff watching. My colour was perfect and my cut was just what I wanted. You do have to be patient as they are training but I see it as my pamper day and thoroughly enjoy my time here.

I have to say I am never disappointed.
For her first colour, Abby was excellent and did a fine job on my grey roots. Then I was handed over to Dior who did a wonderful job of my cut, blow dry and straighten.
Always happy with the attention to detail I receive from the ladies in training overseen by the gentle guidance from the supervisors, Sam & Mel on this occasion.
I always leave with a wonderful new “do” and feeling great.

Lovely atmosphere the young ladies are always looking keen to learn and always ask if unsure. Looked a mess walking in but felt a million dollars walking out.
