Have been going to Masterclass Academy for a while now and always pleased. Today I had May, really pleased from start to finish.

Had a great experience being well looked after by Lauren and her student Sienna who was very dedicated to what she was doing in getting things right and Lauren was very good at watching and helping out when needed to talking me through what they would be doing and what was best for my hair. Very happy with result.

Enjoyed my hair experience today, particularly liked the head massage.

Lovely atmosphere, all staff were great. Mia talked me through options and helped me choose what was best for me. Talked me through each step and explained why etc. Checking in throughout too. Nice chat about me and life etc too. In love with my hair again.

I had really good trim and blow dry today which I was really pleased with. My hair is really fine but looked quite full after because of the car and attention

I was made to feel so welcome at Hair Ott. Layla provided me with a very thorough consultation. She listened carefully to my preferences and discussed the pros and cons of the various colours and the different choice of products. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. The application of my hair colour, as well as the wash and blow dry and the head, neck and shoulder massage were done professionally and skilfully. I am so pleased with my colour and hair style. My hair feels so silky and looks shiny too. My husband said he thought my hair looked really lovely. Thank you so much.

I visited the training school today to have my hair cut and coloured. I was given the very best attention snd well looked after by all the staff. I was very pleased with outcome and would recommend this training school

Been going to Masterclass for over five years and I’m always pleased with my hair.
Whoever does it and however long it takes my hair is 100% when it’s finished.
Only thing to remember it’s a training school so you must be prepared to kept longer than normal.

Very happy with my experience at hair academy today.
It’s a lovely shape and I feel really good about how I look. Molly talked me through why my hair went the shape it did and I felt confident she knew how to get the best look for my double crown and face shape too. Well done !
