This the 3rd or 4th time Tilly has cut and blow dried my hair and she improves every time and increases in speed ,she listens when I try to explain how I like it set &tries her hardest to achieve it, very happy indeed ,salon is always a very friendly place to visit thanks

I had a graduated bob cut four weeks ago and it needed a trim as my hair is wavy. It looks and feels great after a tidy up and blow dry so I’m very happy with it. Dior did an excellent job of washing, cutting and styling it.

Last Tuesday I attended the Waterlooville Academy and was allocated BROOKE as my hairdresser.

To say I was most impressed is an understatement. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Her pleasant, friendly personality came shining through. She is an absolute credit to the salon and made my salon experience the best ever!

I have never written a review on this site before but felt compelled to give praise where praise is due.

I just hope I am lucky enough to be her model on my next visit.

Today I was treated by Molly (3rd year apprenticeship studen); her customer-contact was exceptionally good. She constantly updated me on all the procedures she was doing by engaging with me and even showing me the products that she was using.
I was seen between 0915 - 1500 and when it was finished - I was extremely satisfied with my new look and curls.

I always receive such excellent service at the Masterclass Academy. The students are continually supervised, which gives them confidence and they do really well.

I would highly recommend using this training school. Their service is excellent. They do a very detailed discussion to establish exactly how you would like your hair to be and really intend.....unlike other hair salons I have visited. Although trainees are doing the cut, redesign and colouring it is all overseen by a fully qualified expert who ensures that the customer is happy at every stage. I am very pleased with my new hairstyle and colour. Do give them a try...I really don't think you could be disappointed.

I felt very safe in the hands of my designer, they explained the treatment and talked me through my needs. Kept very professional even when there was an issue with the water pressure
