Masterclass Academy

I've been going to Hair Ott since Otto first opened in the 70's in Portsmouth. I've stayed a customer since then and have had a perfect haircut every time. Every one is so friendly and kind and take care in their work. If I was Otto I would be very proud of my staff. Thank you to everyone for great haircuts over the years!

I always have a relaxing time and come away with a lovely hairstyle. The tutors and students are all very polite and welcoming.

The service is excellent.
The trainee hairdressers are very keen, and willing to learn. They treat the customer very well, and are overseen by experienced professional and qualified hairdressers.
I allow extra time in my appointment so that I am not rushing.

I was looked after by Chloe who was friendly and very confident in her work. I wanted a sllight change to my hair colour and was very happy with the advice from management. I am always treated with the utmost respect and love having my hair done at masterclass.

Once again a brilliant cut and toner completed. Even though still training the young girl who cut and coloured my hair knew exactly what she was doing and was very confident. It may take a little longer but the tutors check where needed, thoroughly recommend Haur Ott Masterclass Academy.
