Was very nervous to put myself in the hands of a hairdresser that I'd just met. But Lottie put me at ease straight away and she did a cut and blow dry. And a treatment for my very damaged hair. Love it. And have booked up for a colour in a few weeks time. Thanks ☺

I didn't have an appointment and they happily fitted me in there & then for a Wash, cut & blowdry. Very friendly and attentive staff, offering refreshments and a slice of cake ?

Lottie is a miracle worker, I went from rainbow coloured hair which consisted of mainly bright blue & green, to copper and blonde ombre. I'm so pleased with the results, it really was amazing to watch her magic. I trust her completely to give the right advice and be honest.

Been coming to Upstairs Downstairs for many years and always experience kind, friendly professional service. The little touches are what make the visits special! Thoughtful to give hot water bottles whilst I was sitting with colours on as ventilation needed for Covid rules and it was a little chilly. Well done Lottie and all the girls!

Absolutely love my hair. I’ve been using Upstairs Downstairs for a while now and cannot recommended them enough. Professional from the moment you walk in until you leave and can not do enough for you (good hot chocolate too)
