Katy was very efficient in perming my hair today ! She was also attentive as to my needs !

This is the best salon I have been to. So I keep going even though I have moved.
Always get lovely treatment, and totally trust Kelly with my hair. Which enable me to switch of, relax and allow her to work her magic.

This was my first time at Upstairs Downstairs. The staff couldn't have been more attentive. As soon as they sat me down they offered me a drink and then came out with a Hot water bottle for my hands, which I wasn't expecting and a cup of tea. I had a consultation first to discuss the plan of action and then Becky got stuck into the gruelling task of putting foils in. We chatted the whole way through and I didn't feel rushed at any point and had numerous offers of drinks or magazines etc. While waiting for the colour to set, I actually managed to get a huge chunk of my Christmas shopping done online. The highlights came out just as I hoped and the cut and finish were done perfectly. The staff were all very friendly and chatty. I will definitely be using them for any future appointments. Thanks to all.

As usual thanks Kelly for making a brilliant job of my hair. Upstairs Downstairs is a fantastic hairdressers and I have been going here for years. Everyone always make me feel comfortable and welcome also nothing is too much trouble. I always feel pampered and happy when I leave. All of my hair colours and cuts look great after every visit and the style last for weeks. Quality products are used and my hair is always in good condition. Lottie, Kelly and everyone there are a wonderful team and will make your visit special from the time that you arrive until you leave.

As usual excellent have been with this salon for many years. Joined them after my dearest friend died of an inoperable brain tumour.

Been having my haircut at upstairs and downstairs for quite a few years now and its always a friendly pleasant experience. Recently gone back to having an inverted bob and Lottie cuts it perfectly every time. I would highly recommend this salon to everybody and loving the xmas jumpers at the minute!

Went to have haircut. Salon assistant was very attentive with good customer service. Cut hair just as I wanted. Had only a blasting to dry hair as felt a proper blow-dry was a little too expensive for me. Overhaul very pleased

I used this salon for the first time today as a walk in client and to say I’m impressed is an understatement! My hair was a total over processed mess with a cut that any butcher would be proud of!! Kelly listened patiently to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked…. A first for me!! I’m happy to say I’ll be a returning customer and I’ve already booked my next appointment.

My usual stylist was unavailable so I had my hair appointment with Katie, I wanted something a bit different to last time so went I with a picture of what I wanted Katie advised me on what would be best for me to achieve that look before she started and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with this before she started . I am extremely pleased with the the end results thankyou Katie . You are always made to feel very welcome here very professional and friendly service and I would highly recommend .

Had my hair coloured by Kelly. She was amazing I had a big ask to get my hair from its awful state to silver . Was there from 9-3 pm came out feeling and looking fabulous. Kelly worked so hard. Great colour and cut. Friendly and very lovely salon

An excellent experience at this salon. My wash was amazing, magic hands (could have happily stayed at the sink) I was told every step of my cut what was being done and why, asking if I was happy all the way through, it makes all the difference between a good or bad experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, relaxed and comfortable, lovely ladies. Very happy with the end result, money well spent!
