I’m very pleased with my cut and blow dry today. Kelly did just what I wanted and I look forward to my next appointment there.

Ladies who did mine and my mums hair were brilliant. At every stage information was given about what was being done, and why. After a really bad experience at another hair salon I was wary, however, staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I won’t go anywhere else now!

I thought everyone was polite and helpful

My 1st visit to this salon went really well.
Friendly staff in a clean, spacious environment.
I asked for a hairdresser who was good at cutting short hair and so pleased with my cut by Katie.
I will be a regular client now.

Kelly is ways cheery, and on time and does a fabulous job of my hair.

Very clean and friendly salon

I’ve been a customer at Upstairs Downstairs for years and always look forward to my visits. Lottie is my preferred stylist but when she’s not there Kelly and Katie are great too. Safety and customer comfort take priority in these times so I was assured that if I wanted to wear a mask and/or wanted my stylist to wear a mask that was fine. Tea and coffee are free and there are prize draws from time to time. I recommend you give Upstairs Downstairs a try if you haven’t already.
