Liked chatting with Shannon while she did my hair, feels loads better now and she talked me through everything she was doing and always checked I was OK with products. This is really nice as often nobody asks you how you feel about products.

Thanks for being nice Shannon made getting my hair cut a whole lot less awkward.

Millie is awesome, gives amazing advice and never feels like she is trying to rip you off or pressure you into anything. The team really listen to what you want.

All staff very friendly. Love having my hair done by Lucy. Only my second visit but Lucy remembered things about me! She’s very conscientious; chats when she can but concentrates when needs be. A great balance in my opinion!

Had a wonderful time at Hair Ott Whiteley. Looked after by Mel and the team. Continuous flow of hot drinks and my hair cut and colour is amazing. Had loads of comments.

I had tried my hand at abit of home hair dressing. We laugh and joked. After spending a hour with her, We were like I was chatting with me best friend. My hair felt and looked amazing. Kelly is brilliant, always listens carefully to what I'd like and delivers every time. Lovely person too! I'd definitely recommend her.

Fantastic salon. Nice atmosphere. Jess is a fantastic hairstylist. My hair is very thick and quite curly and someone needs to know what they are doing with it. Fabulous cut. Much more manageable. Excellent experience all round.

Maxine was brilliant right from the start when I brought my son in for his first visit to get his growing hair sorted. She explained at every step what she was doing to put him at ease.

Kelly always makes my hair look and feel amazing and today she did it again. Looking forward to to January’s appointment already!!

From start to finish Millie was so lovely and attentive, taking the time to ask what my thoughts were with regards to the cut/style I was looking for all whilst giving her thoughts/ vision too…

After having long straight hair for I don't know how long I fancied a change. Patrick has been my hairdresser for years, knows exactly how my hair handles and what suits me. His cuts always keep shape and fall just where they need to, he got the new style just how I wanted and explained how to style it when I wash it and how to add a little different look when I want. He is a miracle worker. ?
