I was fortunate to be seen by both Lucy and Chloe in the brand new Whiteley Salon, it's the first time either ladies have coloured my hair and I wanted a natural brown with a few gold highlights, after I had ruined my hair myself in lockdown with self dyes etc. My hair has changed over the years and lately it has developed a strong natural warm undertone. Initially, after my visit I felt my roots were still a touch too warm. This was not a problem at all with these beautiful ladies, I was seen the very next morning for a consultation to look at the result and see how we could achieve the desired affect. I am delighted that I was seen in the same week and the desired colour was achieved perfectly. They both did a wonderful job! You never quite know how a new colour will take to an individual's hair and I am delighted to say that as always, Hair Ott cared and nurtured me throughout. Thank you all from front desk to Saturday girls. It's always a pleasure to be pampered with you all. I have been with hair ott since 2012 and there is no other salon I will trust with my hair. Hey guys. Pat I was stopped in Winchester by a lady who wanted to know where I had such a lovely haircut just 2 hours after I left you on 22.4. I am so happy with my hair, words fail me. Lucy listened and clearly understood how I would like my hair. She talked me through what she planned to do and explained how it would make my hair look. I wanted to see movement with layers and not have a blunt cut finish. What she has done with my hair is lovely and I will definitely be back again soon for her to cut my hair again. Thank you Lucy!

My first visit to your new premises which were lovely and warm and felt very “COVID safe”. Lucy always takes the time to make sure my hair is exactly how I would like it- the colour is always spot on and the cut is superb - would thoroughly recommend.

Very good, it was my first time with hair OTT after being referred by my wife and I will be back. Not sure on the ladies name but I think she was the manager.

Amazing as always. I’ve been coming to Patrick for a VERY long time and have never left feeling anything but fabulous. The whole salon is just the best, great atmosphere, friendly service and talented staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sharon gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived and took me to my seat, offering me a drink and telling me to let her know if I needed anything else. Then ***** came over. She asked me what I wanted doing to my hair and then took me to the sink to wash my hair. There, she didn’t talk to me at all, whilst the person next to me was being chatted to by her stylist. During the cut and dry, ***** didn’t talk to me at all and I was quite bored. I tried talking to her a few times but she just gave short answers. Disappointing service!

As always Kelly knew better than me what I needed doing. Enjoyed the new location. Felt very safe and offered many drinks throughout the 3 hours I was there.

Jess always listens to what I want and she always delivers so I'm always pleased with the results.

Always listens carefully to what I would like but also gives good suggestions about slight changes and tweaks. Millie is always very professional.

Always a pleasure to come for my hair to be done by Patrick even more so in the new salon

Oh was so nice to be pampered again with social distancing and all covid restrictions being paramount Hair Ott and especially Kelly knocked it out of the park as always. Thank you I nearly feel normal again

I have been going to Hair Ott for a number of years now, I started with half a head of highlights but now have bleached to make my hair ice blonde.( long hair and in good condition !) Kelly is professional and always puts the condition of my hair first, she gives me the time and always makes sure I’m comfortable with the bleach on my hair!! Kelly always gives me plenty of time and I always seem to keep her and Pat behind their finishing time!! I enjoy visiting for a chat and often have a good laugh :-)

I had a great experience. Lucy did a lovely job cutting my hair and styling it. Very professional service with really nice staff. I also got a candle! I would definitely recommend others to come to this salon and I will be returning :)

I have always assumed I didn't speak "hairstylist" until I met Kelly. She listens and explains what she's doing and why she's doing it. She totally 'gets' my unco-operative hair and understands that when I point out an issue with my hair, it is a reflection of my difficult hair and not a criticism of her technique. She always finds clever ways to resolve my hair issues and does it with good nature and immense professionalism.

I love my visit to Hair OTT. Millie greets me with warm welcoming smile which makes me feel special. I come out absolutely satisfied with my hair colour cut and finished result.

In my opinion the best hairdressers around, friendly, professional and safe environment. My haircuts and colours are always great, and I always receive lots of compliments. They always give you a consultation to start with so you can discuss exacatly what you want, even if you have been going there years. Think they have coped brilliantly during this pandemic and provided an excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I literally went in with Brillo pad hair, patchy colour and a poor uneven cut. It took 3.5 hrs of Jess’ abvice & real skill to enable me to walk out with hair as soft as silk, colours that are beautiful and a cut which is precisely perfect!
I cannot recommend Jess more!

I was very warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My stylist, Pat , was his usual exceptional self! Warm, friendly, cheerful and gave me a fabulous cut and design! Couldn’t have been better!
