I had Laura as a replacement as Patrick was off sick and as ever you are concerned with a new person taking on your hair. However I shouldn’t have been concerned as Laura was exceptionally attentive and I’ve come out with a first class haircut which I’m very pleased with!

It’s such a pleasure to go to the Whiteley Salon, everyone is so friendly and helpful and go over and above to make you feel comfortable and safe, which these days is so important, but above all it’s a lovely escape for a couple of hours and you will leave feeling pampered with a spring in your step!! My first visit to Hair OTT today. I felt very welcome and was well looked after. I was very happy with the service. Lucy was attentive and helpful. Loved my hair cut.

Last minute appointment with the awesome Kelly, so I could get my hair cut prior to self isolating for an operation. Kellys usually professionalism and forethought taking into account that my short hair needed to be shorter as may not be able to visit for a lot longer than my usual 5wks. Also a reminder to book now for Christmas.
Always a great cut from Kelly or Patrick and super customer service ftom the whole team and a fantastic well organised covid procedures.
