Another wonderful appointment in this lovely salon. The whole team are so friendly and attentive, you feel genuinely welcome and relaxed from the moment you arrive.
Shannon gave great advice and suggestions for trying something a bit different and the result is fabulous, I absolutely love it.

Always impeccable in attention to detail, just such a joy visit with Laura, and so quick! (I hate sitting still so this is a big bonus)

Lovely friendly salon. Nicky is always attentive and listens to my requests, giving helpful advice on styling and products. Certainly worth the drive to Whiteley; I have very fine limp hair and Nicky’s cutting skills make the best of what I have.

Always a fabulous experience from beginning to end.. Ready to face the New Year with fantastic hair!

As a fairly new customer, had my first colour today. Lucy was amazing, listened, made suggestions and the end result is perfect.

Had a fantastic appointment with Maxine this morning. She did a fabulous job with my hair but we also had a great chat and I came away feeling so happy and positive! Love it!

Laura does a great job every time! I always book with her and she explains what is best for my hair and she takes care of me.

Maxine is always amazing and I look forward to catching up with her. She always provides her excellent opinion in a professional way, as well as remembering bits about my personal life too.
Maria also washed my hair and gave me a fabulous massage.

Very pleased with my hair, but although I had a card with my appointment day and time, I didn't appear on the computer system. However, Shannon was brilliant and insisted she would fit me in. I was so pleased as I was off to Japan in a few days time.

Used Hair Ott before but now using the Whiteley salon. Elise did my hair and I was really happy with the service and the finish. Very professional and always informing me of what she was doing or doing next and checking I was happy. Will be booking in with Elise again for sure.
