Great experience as usual

I am on a mission to get my hair as good as it can possibly be. I have a clear vision of how I want it to be. Jess has listened and communicated very well, even took notes, and we are well on track to having some elite hair.

I am very unhappy with the above treatment I had on Fri 1st May. I was advised by your staff that was an alternative to the Brazilian blowdry I have previously had four times at your salon which I was very happy with, but this treatment is nowhere near the same.
My hair is still very frizzy and the ends of my hair look like they have been singed. I can send you photos of this. For a professional salon to offer a treatment like this surely it should have been tried and tested before using it on a customer and charging £130.00. My hair has also changed colour which is not what I was expecting there should be no bleach involved in this.
This was very disappointing as I had this treatment just before my 60th birthday party but my hair looks like it had been burnt and I am now having to pay for treatments to get rid of the dryness and having the singed ends cut off.
Extremely unhappy customer.

Went there today for a haircut, was really happy with how it turned out. The staff were lovely and the price was really affordable!

I have been a regular customer ever since Arcana opened in Winchester (and before that in Southampton). We travel a lot but I would not consider getting my hair cut anywhere else, which is testament to the outstanding service I receive every time.

Jade the trainee stylist was an absolute delight and did a great job cutting and restyling my hair which was in a very bad way after a dodgy hair cut abroad. She was also a delight to chat to and the salon is a very nice environment.

Came in not knowing what I wanted done. Emily who done my colour was amazing and I left feeling happy with the results. Thanks again.

Exceptional service from Emily as always didn’t have appointment for a quick trim as only came for my tapes to be fixed but asked and Emily fitted me in which was very kind that’s what you call good service

As usual Jess was brilliant, listened to what I wanted and my turned out beautifully. Becky kindly fitted a trim in for me as I hadn’t booked for a cut - both brilliant stylists and really lovely humans !!

Although pleased with my appointment with Emily I was disappointed to find hair dye had been left on skin near hair line and not noticed and removed. This happened also on my last colour appointment. I did not notice in salon as hair covered it.

Becky and Emily did mine and my daughter’s hair and we both agreed that we’d had the best haircuts ever. There are lots of hair salons in Winchester but the rest are overpriced and inferior.

Cannot fault Becky, she's never fails to make me feel better about myself with her skills and easy going personality. No matter what I ask her to do, she manages to do exactly what I try to ask for. Today, I left the Salon feeling better about the world just because I left with a great haircut.

I had the pleasure of attending Arcana salon in Winchester today. Jess did a colour, cut and blow dry. She is my go to stylist and I know that I can relax in her hands as she always does exactly what I ask for. I always find the staff in Arcana very friendly and professional, the salon has a happy and friendly vibe. I left feeling that I have been pampered which is the feeling I always leave with. Lovely manicure

Iv come here for the past year now, even had my hair and make up done for my wedding last year. Megan and the team are all so knowledgeable and friendly. Even when we are waiting for the foils, the team are always happy for a chat (if they are not busy). You can sit in silence and relax or have a good old chat and laugh.
I always feel amazing soon as I leave. Special shout out to Megan ❤️

I'm always very pleased with my haircuts from Arcana, and also enjoy the experience. It's a really nice friendly atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. My latest cut was a fringe trim, with Arnold. He did such a good job last time that I booked him again this time. Again it was just perfect, and he is so nice and very friendly too. Would recommend this Arcana to everyone.
