After some time in the sun, my hair wasn't at its best. Isabel looked at it and got to work, she was great, 1 hour later, my hair was absolutely gorgeous.

I love the cut and tint roots.
It was confusing about the cost.
I paid full price in January, £147.25 then in April I was offered a loyalty discount of £5 for Nicole and £ 5 for heather. ie.£ 137.25 which I was told by Julie in Southampton was the price for the following appointment.
So with the £10 voucher should have been £127.25.
I paid £137.25. today, 3rd July.
So does that mean that the normal charge is £157.25.
I can't find an accurate price list on the website. I do understand that stylists charge different amounts.
So that was a bit upsetting at the end of a good hair cut and colour session.
