I had gone for hair wash and blow dry, thanks to Dan, he made my hair look so good. Well 👍 done

I was quite unhappy with the service I received today. I had a half head of highlights, I wanted it to look natural so the hairdresser said she would put a toner in my hair. I wasn't told that this would come at an additional charge of 30 pounds. This isn't the first time I've been charged for extra products being put into my hair and not involved of extra price before making that decision.
I queried it when paying and didn't even get a sorry for the lack of communication

I was looking around for somewhere to have my hair done and came across Toni&Guy Winchester so made a last minute booking. I booked a signature cut with Laticia and she was amazing! From start to finish I was made to feel welcome and walked out of the salon feeling so good about my new hair! Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Laticia did my hair today and I felt very well looked after and she listened to me whilst helping me decide what to do. The salon is beautiful and the hair wash area smelt amazing! My hair feels refreshed and happy now

This is now the 2nd time I have booked with a specific hairdresser and have arrived to find I’m having my haircut by someone else. No prior communication to explain why or check that I am ok with this. No apology either. Just inconsiderate and discourteous to the client. I shall not be booking again with Toni and Guy.

***** did the colour of my hair at Toni and Guy Winchester. I paid £110 and she put tiny highlights in my hair that were barely noticeable. She didn’t even listen to what I told her! I have naturally thick hair and she didn’t lighten my hair enough at all. It was a small job to do, only to lighten the upper part of my hair as I already had colour on the lengths.

Although good service way over priced . Can’t afford to go as often now prices have risen, paid £200 for cut and colour

Mark has been cutting my hair for years. As always it was a great cut and style today. Toni and Guy is pricey, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I'm delighted with the way Sarah has cut my hair. It was my first time visiting Toni and Guy in Winchester and I'll be back. The salon is lovely and friendly too. They really looked after me and it felt COVID safe. Thank you Sarah and the girl who washed my hair (sorry I don't know your name) but you were lovely and the head massage was wonderful.

Some stylists are great but often seem to end up with someone else than expected - often wonder if it’s a trainee. Problems with online booking system

I really wonder how genuine the other reviews are as my experience is so different. My daughter went here today & it was really unpleasant for her. She’s nearly 16 & was really looking forward to this. She left virtually in tears. The service was cold & unfriendly. I don’t think anyone smiled. There was no effort made with her at all. Her colour is OK. For £192 I would have expected some effort to be friendly. It is Christmas. I wouldn’t go there!

What I like about Toni & Guy is the personal approach. The boss knows me by name and can even recognise my face with a mask on! And my hairdresser phoned me just before the shutters came down to re-arrange my appointment post-lockdown, which was much appreciated.
Those little things make all the difference....

Absolutely delighted! Abby (think the name is right...) was brilliant, she had great insight into where layers etc would work best. I went from almost waist length to my collarbone length. I love my new hair!

Another great and much-needed post-lockdown colour and cut by Josh & Tash, with an excellent wash - loved the hot towel treatment and massage chair. The salon feels very Covid-secure but in a way that doesn't spoil the whole experience. Screens between customers add a touch of privacy and the individually wrapped Christmas packs with a decoration, candy cane and mince pie were a cute replacement for the pre-Covid snacks. Mulled wine was on offer today along with the usual drinks, and magazines are currently available in digital versions. I've been a regular customer for many years but my loyalty isn't assumed and I love the way that the T&G Winchester offer continues to improve. Great service from the whole team - thank you!

As always I had Sarah for colour and cut today. She was absolutely amazing as usual and once again has transformed my hair. I won’t go anywhere else and have already booked my next appointment. The salon is always so clean and considering Covid the service is always brilliant. Don’t go to any other hair dresser

I have been coming to Toni and Guy to have my hair cut with Mark for years, and every time he does a fabulous job. Staff and ambience always lovely- and very COVID safe. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had my first haircut in many, many months with Tash, and she did not disappoint. The whole team was very helpful and Covid-aware and I felt safe and well-taken care of by everyone. I have know Tash since she was a trainee 12 or so years ago and I am so glad she is still working at T&G Winchester.

My husband and I are regular customers. Love it every time we come. Great people in a lovely environment. Always well looked after by Mark, Josh and Abbie although everyone we interact with is fab. COVID measures all in place so we feel secure, but without making it any less of a relaxing time when we visit.

The attention you get from entering the salon till you leave is excellent. You are very well looked after by all the staff. Your treatment/ haircut is well explained

The highlights from Rachel’s were excellent and just what I requested. Rachel’s is without doubt the most talented colourist you have. All the others aren't so good. Mark cut my hair just how I love it and it looks great.

My first visit after so many months and really worth waiting for! Superb colour (Josh) and amazing cut(Jade) - I feel human again now. Can't wait for my next appointment soon. It has been very difficult times but everything went smoothly and I felt very safe.

After realising I'm NOT a professional once I'd managed to do a rather dodgy bleach job on myself I came in to see Racheal and she worked absolute magic on my hair. I was looked after so well by the friendly team and the salon is stunning. Worth every penny and will now be my regular salon. Thank you so much!

What a treat! Went to new premises of T&G in Southgate Street (been open a while, but my 1st time!) Josh did my colour, Nicola my cut. Such lovely staff-everyone! Had offers of drinks & sweet/savoury edible treats, whilst experiencing the most pleasant and relaxing hair cut/colour. Nicest hair I’ve had in the last 10 yrs-by far!!!! Thank you xxx

Not sure whether it is because I am 60 butI felt that some of the staff treated me like I was the" shampoo and set brigade ".
Firstly I was told my stylist would be a fellow and spent ages telling him what I needed. he seemed pretty dismissive and then he wasn't actually the person cutting my hair. It was someone else. next I was told my colourist would be a man only to find it was someone else. So by the time i had explained my requirements 4 times I was pretty exhausted. Good job I brought my own photo. The colour was great thank you but my hair cut is awful it is now 2 weeks later and my hair is totally unmanageable. This experience cost me -wait for it-£158 ! I usually have my hair cut elsewhere and he spends ages cutting shaping and finishing my style. I didn't get this at Toni and Guy I think that I must have had my hair cut in 10 minutes
