Fantastic colour from Martha who advised me and made my grey hair look terrific but natural. Couldn't click on Luke as well but he was superb, as usual, for my cut.

This is a lovely hair salon. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is happy and relaxing. Tim is great. Always cheerful and a pleasure to talk to and I have always been very happy with my hair cut/ colour/ styling. I have been a regular for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

As always I was made to feel welcome. The young assistant who washed my hair was lovely and did a very good head massage. Lou has done a lovely cut, exactly what I wanted. She us alway particular and very professional.

I do love coming into the salon. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome from everyone.
Hayley always does a wonderful job of cutting my hair as well as explaining what my hair needs and answering my questions.
Stu was on hand to discuss my next appointment where my hair will be coloured and reassuring me that what I would like is achievable!
I left with fantastic hair and a huge smile 😊

A very welcoming peaceful aura making the whole service relaxing. Hayley is a very warm pleasant person and a great Hairstylist which makes the appointment very satisfying.

So I visited the salon and showed Lu a photo of what I fancied this time. She chose the colours to match and copied it exactly as I asked. Such a welcoming salon I really like going and it’s so relaxed in there.

I always like the way Luke cuts and styles my hair. Before he starts he always asks how I have managed my hair from the last cut and talks me through how he is going to cut and style my hair during my appointment. He also tells me about the products he will use.

Oh my word! Having my hair washed by Kissbee, one of the trainees in the salon, was sublime.
She perfectly understood my sensitive scalp, ensured I was comfortable and then delivered an incredible head massage worthy of a very experienced massage therapist.
Lou, as always, knew exactly how to give me a wonderful style that swings and shines and makes me smile.
I look forward to being treated by this winning combo on my next visit.

The hour I spend at the saloon was a relaxing experience. Morgan is skilled hairdresser and made me at ease every minute while doing my hair especially when you are having a short hair cut

Tim is the Razor Rockstar, Sharp skills and mediocre chat (joking!) i always enjoy coming to Autonomy, the salon has increased in quality since being independent, the team are fantastic, service is top level, fantastic coffee, stylish cups , brilliant biscuits.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, Lou has a great sense of balance between what I would like and what I need and I am always pleased with the outcome and get many compliments
