Well ... where to start

I received a voucher for the salon for Christmas, I had put off using the voucher until I really needed a haircut and due to Covid I wasn’t able to use my normal means.

I was apprehensive to use It, as I feared there was a certain stigma attached to visiting this kind of salon.

I was greeted with a very warm and kind welcome, the salon was busy and had a nice atmosphere. Very clean.

I then met the stylist who was going to wash , cut and blow dry my hair.

His name was Luke, what a legend... he was not only a fantastic communicator but an equally awesome hair stylist.

Thank you very much Luke your company are blessed to have a member of staff like you.

The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Everything is clean and sanitized.

Val is amazing! She always listens so carefully to what I’m trying to ask for - interpreting my wishes sensitively and successfully- I always come away happy with my hair. Plus I feel safe in the salon, their Covid-19 safety measures are great.

I had a lovely relaxing time with a stylist taking care to listen and cut my hair just perfectly, I felt safe and was assured by the safety measures she took.

I enjoyed my hair appointment with Lou. I was not kept waiting, offered coffee and felt safe from Covid 19. Lou coloured my hair expertly and quickly and I am very pleased with the result. I still feel it is rather expensive but will come back again regardless

I have had the pleasure of having my hair done here for several years. During this time I have seen several stylists and nothing is ever too much trouble. Lu does my hair now, and goes above and beyond every visit.
Tim and his great team are fab, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Another happy hour at Toni&Guy Hereford. Tim has achieved another great cut giving me a style I'm delighted with and that I can manage at home. Toni&Guy Hereford is such a lovely salon. A warm welcome (COVID19 secure of course), individual sealed packs for each client of mask, towels and gown, quality hair products and knowledgeable advice - and it's all offered with such friendliness.

Always a fabulous experience when I visit Toni and Guy, everyone very friendly.
Excellent measures in place for social distancing so felt very well protected.
My first time appointment with Hayley, she gave me good advise about styling my hair and explained about the best products to use too, I’m very pleased with the cut and the way she styled my hair and was lovely chatting with her too.

An excellent experience, which is the same I get each time I visit. Tim is simply wonderful.

Made to feel very comfortable despite face masks and face shields. Really pleased with cut as usual.

As usual my visit to the salon and the experience was a pleasurable one. Tim and his team were friendly and professional at all time. It is always a treat going to the salon and I am looked after from the moment I walk in. I received a fabulous treatment that left my hair soft and of course an excellent cut by Tim .

Felt safe & relaxed throughout. Luke listened to what I wanted and made welcomed recommendation where appropriate. Cut and colour were both perfect. Massage chair was lovely!

As always Tim and Lou worked their magic and did a great job on a style and colour update. Covid notwithstanding the whole team make sure a salon visit is still a treat and nice experience.

Great service from the colour test about which Tim was extremely accommodating about as I was struggling to get in to have it done in time to the service in the day Fab highlights. Haven’t had them done for years and wanted to blend the grey in . This is perfect Thankyou. Felt very safe with mask and disposable apron and plenty of hand sanitiser. All staff in visors and masks very happy

Came in looking like a dogs dinner hair a complete mess hasn't had a cut in 10 months and as usual Valentina worked her magic and my beautiful concave Bob returned. Fantastic stylist extremely happy with the result.

Tim was really understanding as I've just been given hearing aids to wear and am very self conscious about it but Tim and I talked through how he could restyle my hair to conceal them and it looked great when he had finjshed

First time colour with Dani and she was superb as I wanted something completely different to what I usually go for. She went through the colour chart with me as I was unsure of colours. She matched them ? I am so happy with the end result. Tim cut my hair as he usually does and I always love it, cuts it amazingly and listens to me every time how I would like it cut/styled
I forgot the guys name who washed my hair and put a toner on but he was ace, lots of chat and made me feel comfortable in the chair and gave a good head massage.

Been a client for about 10 years and they’ve never let me down. As always she is professional, friendly, bubbly...and does a cracking cut! This hasn’t been effected at all by Covid restrictions and necessary changes.
