An excellent haircut as always, thanks Tim. Toni & Guy Hereford are managing the current COVID-19 situation amazingly well. Each customer receives their own pack as soon as they enter the shop which includes a disposable mask, gown and towel. The staff are all wearing protective shields and their is lots of anti bacterial hand cleaner available. The staff are all very helpful and friendly as always. Thank you again ?

Always really pleased with my cut from Valentina,and today was no exception. Valentina always listens and never cuts off more than is necessary,she is always friendly and chatty. Today's cut was free as I work in the NHS which was great and was so kind of the staff to volunteer their free time. So,thankyou everyone especially Valentina!!

It was great to go back to the salon. The team were welcoming, friendly and efficient as always and Lou is always fantastic at what she does and this time was no different. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Friendly talented staff

Yesterday was only my second visit to the salon. The first was 2 weeks ago when Lou cut off my 7 months of Lockdown tresses. Yesterday she did a wonderful colour job. In both cases I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did not disappoint! Anyone will tell you that I am very rarely happy after a visit to the hairdressers, but Lou made me very happy! All the other staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. I was shampooed and blow dried by two men whose names I don't know. My thanks to you both too. It was expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for, and I will be back, even if it means I have to go without food!!

Despite these extreme and challenging times the salon is clearly doing everything possible to continue to provide high quality services as safely as possible. The wonderful head massage provided a brief escape from covid 19 and with my hair freshly cut and styled brilliantly by lovely Val I left the salon feeling ready to face again the crazy world we find ourselves in.

Dean is a great hairdresser. He took care and and paid lots of attention to make sure it looked exactly as I'd asked. I will definitely book him again next time

Toni and Guy in Hereford is a wonderful salon. The staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to make clients feel welcome and well cared for. The salon is warm and comfortable with great massage chairs for hair wash, lots of space and good lighting. There are plenty of refreshments on offer.
I have been using the salon for years and currently use Lou for my colour and Tim for my cut and blow dries. Lou and Tim are brilliant - friendly, funny, super professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I always love my appointment with them and they always do my hair beautifully as well as being able to give great advice and have a good chat! Each and every member of staff though, from the trainees through to the reception staff, are just lovely, always making an effort to make my time at the salon a great one. Huge thanks to the Hereford team!

Tim, manager at the Hereford salon, is so talented that I now travel 40 miles to get my hair cut by him. I started going to Toni and Guy Hereford about 4 years ago and I've never looked back.
Tim is not only fantastic at his job but he’s also a genuinely lovely person who listens to he’s clients and creates a hairstyle that you adore. People have literally stopped me in the street to tell me how great my hair was and to ask who had done it! He’s that good! When I moved away from the area I knew I wouldn’t find anyone who even came close to creating the cut or blow dry that Tim gave me. So now I travel back to Hereford to see Tim for a hair cut and blow dry whenever I can!
I'm so grateful to have found Tim and the the Toni and Guy Hereford team and would highly recommend them to anyone (no matter where in the world you live!)

I've searched for the perfect stylist for a long time but my search ended the first time Val cut my hair. Her expertise and ability is self evident, she gives great advice and outstanding customer service and I walk out feeling a million dollars!! All the staff and pleasant and welcoming and the coffee is lovely too!
