Have been going here for years and had two stylists in that time - Hannah and Val. Both are excellent. Val took me on after Hannah and I can't recommend her highly enough - she's so friendly but also extremely professional. She listens really carefully to me when I'm describing what I want, she's very patient, and honest about what's possible. I've never had a bad haircut here! Times are hard financially but going here is a luxury I won't give up!

Today was just lovely.
The fabulous elaine managed to get me in for a full head at very short notice. (Called on Saturday and in on a monday).massively appreciated.
Turned up, India was ready as always and knows exactly what I need to have done and I completely trust her.
Hair washed by the main man himself, Tim. And what a fine job he did too.checking on me whilst my wellaplex was on and wrapping my head so it doesn't get cold.very thoughtful.
Elaine managed to then get me in with val, due to cancellation. Who listened to my concerns about my hair still falling out, understood what cut I needed and wanted and didn't over cut or get too scissor happy. Perfect.

Love this salon. Great bunch. Welcoming. All round fab!

Can’t fault it

India is great - and I book in with her every time I can.. would like hair dye to be completely removed from forehead - it is such a giveaway!
Also, disappointing that the WiFi is not working again... does it ever work anymore?!

Always feel special when I have my hair done because of atmosphere so nice& relaxing..
Of course the credit goes to Tim as he always listens & gives his opinion based on what I want/ need..
I have tried many salons but this one is the best!

Would never see another his dresser. I never specify what I would like done but Tim always does the perfect cut and makes it a proper experience.

Val is amazing at what she does. She guided me step by step through what would be best for my hair and how to maintain it. The only thing I would say is that I left the salon with a very wet back after the lady that washed my hair didn’t put all of my hair up in the towel. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be using Val again.

Don’t know the name of the woman I had but she had dreadlocks, did a very good job and was friendly. She clearly knew what she was doing and took pride in her work.

Really pleased with the colour (balayage) by India, who is very skilled and delivered exactly what I had described. Tim did a lovely refresh of my cut, making it work much better. 10/10 for Hereford’s Toni & Guy. Thanks :-)

Val was her usual happy and helpful self. Val gave me a couple of suggestions on a slight variation of my usual bob which I decided to try and I’m really happy with the outcome, well done Val ????

It was so refreshing to pay for a service where the stylist actually colours, washes, dries and cuts your hair instead of passing on to someone else.
