I have been going to Birmingham to have my hair cut by a curly hair salon. I booked with dean after my keratin treatment because I felt I could trust him to understand my hair type. I can’t thank him enough for such a superb cut

Today was my very first time in professional salon. I was warmly welcomed by Tim and the team, who all contributed to making me feel at ease. The whole process was explained to me from start to finish and I’m over the moon with the end result. All the staff accommodated to all of my needs from refreshments to welcoming my friend who I brought along to settle my nerves even resulting in her being offered to sit along side me in the massage chairs. Overall Dani the stylist did an outstanding job in not only the final result but keeping conversation flowing which resulted in me feeling very settled and comfortable. Defiantly recommended. Thankyou Toni & Guy team for a pleasurable and comfortable experience. Will definitely be returning

I wouldn’t even consider another hairdresser after having Lou doing my hair for the past few years. She always has fresh ideas of what to do for a slight change up and I always leave feeling great. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and welcoming

Dean is good at listening to how you want your hair. He’s friendly & helpful with realistic suggestions on what will work for you and never rushes the job. Always a positive experience each time & would recommend him to others.

I've been in a few times now, and came in because I couldn't get the cut and style I was after anywhere else.
From the start I was paired with Dean who was extremely inquisitive and knowledgeable. We talked about what I was looking for, and he took the time to look over what he had to work with. It clearly wasn't going to be a one cut and style fix, with what he had to work with. However, now I'm a couple of visits in with Dean and I can happily say I am extremely happy with the style and look!
He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly & professional and I am so happy with the look and style! I have had a lot of positive comments on my hair, and will recommend him every time. Along with the staff at Hereford, who are always friendly and professional!

Have been going here for years and had two stylists in that time - Hannah and Val. Both are excellent. Val took me on after Hannah and I can't recommend her highly enough - she's so friendly but also extremely professional. She listens really carefully to me when I'm describing what I want, she's very patient, and honest about what's possible. I've never had a bad haircut here! Times are hard financially but going here is a luxury I won't give up!
