Valentina is the only hairdresser that I’ve successfully had my hair cut by in Hereford. She listens, never cuts off too much, and never suggests silly styles. My daughter comes down from Birmingham to have Valentina cut her hair because she doesn’t trust any one else to do it.

Hannah worked a miracle with my hair, lovely cut easy to manage myself and I could relax knowing that she wouldn't cut too much off but at the same time was giving my hair a really good tidy up!

From walking in and meeting the receptionist to walking out was a lovely experience. I hate going to the hairdressers as all the ones ive been to in the past havent been that nice. India helped me choose some nice highlight colours and said what would look nice. Then lou asked how id like it cut and gave me some advice and how she would do it. India was really chatty whilst she was putting the colour on. Then a girl who was learning who was slim with big hair washed my colour off, she was really bubbly and funny. Then lou cut my hair who was really friendly and chatty and cut my hair lovely. India even came over to say the colour looked good and asked if I was happy which I was. The salon is a lovely place and I actually enjoyed having my hair done for the first time. Lovely happy team.

walked into the place for the first time, it was much more than expected, loved having my hair washed, I felt cared for and all, would recommend to anyone!

I never have any complaints when going to Toni and Guy Hereford to see the lovely Valentina. I have a concave Bob and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. All the little extras make it a memorable experience with massage chair and head massage. All the steak are lovely too very welcoming and pleasant.

Great service from Toni and Guy as usual. Salon calm and relaxing, stylist professional and delightful. V happy with my cut. Blow dry could have been better - more training needed?
