My mum bought me a haircut for my Christmas present and it was wonderful. The stylist remembered me from four and a half years ago!! The head massage and hair wash was divine and the haircut left me feeling pampered. Brilliant considering I’m now 11 months post partum and I haven’t had any time for me since having my son!

Overall experience excellent as always from the minute you are greeted to the time you leave.
Tim and his team understand that it’s not just “a haircut “ but a pleasurable experience that leaves you feeling good.

The staff are always friendly chatty and helpful and I always get made the best cups of tea I can’t fault my haircut so pleased!

It was my first time at Toni & Guy & I was a bit nervous about going from long to short hair but Hannah was great, she listened to what I wanted & was lovely throughout. I’ll be going back to see her everytime I need a trim - I love my short hair!!!

As someone who doesn’t get their hair cut very often it was lovely to have an hour of ‘me time’. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and the head massage and massage chair were one of the highlights! Tim was friendly and great to chat to and made my hair look good again! The coffee was good too!!

I walk into an oasis of calm, my coat and any shopping bags are whisked away somewhere safe. I'm helped into the gown and shown to my seat. Up to date magazines are available to browse through and I'm offered a complimentary drink.
It's a luxurious break from the noise outside.
My hairdresser arrives and we chat about what I think I'd like and how she feels it might look better. Then - oh sweet bliss - the hair wash station from behind, not the side 'under armpit' view that spoils many uk salons. A head massage, feet raised and then back to my seat.
Another drink? Styling begins and conversation flows.
All too soon, the mirror shows me another perfect style and again I say, "I love it".

Whenever I go to Toni and Guy Hereford, whichever day or time the welcome is always the same. It is friendly and professional and the stylists are well trained and caring. That is the same if you have the Style Director or any other stylist who do everything possible to give their clients a great experience which is why going to the Hereford salon is ‘always a pleasure’

As usual Valentina did a brilliant job. I asked her advice on how to use my new curling wand and she gave me a brilliant tutorial whilst using a wand on my hair.
