My first hair salon appointment in 18 years, scared and apprehensive to start with however I enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and professional. I love my new hair, it's awesome. I will certainly go again and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Extremely attentive and helpful

Tim Jones of Hereford Toni and Guy suggested I tried a Keratin treatment just on my fringe so I could get the sharp straight look that I wanted. My hair has a very natural wave that defies straightening. The treatment took about an hour and hey presto I now have a kink free fringe.

This isn’t just a haircut it’s a time I look forward to every six weeks. Lou always cuts my hair beautifully but more than that she’s open and friendly and I love chatting with her!

I was thrilled with the service and treatment provided by Tim and his team. The team are friendly and professional at all time and I arrived to a very warm welcome from Elaine. It was the first time I have had keratin smoothing. I had explained the dilemma I was having with my hair to Tim & he recommended this treatment & I am delighted with the outcome. Tim is always friendly, professional & nothing is too much trouble for him. I look forward to my next appointment.
