Yesterday Dani did my balayage. Not only was she considerate towards what colour I wanted to achieve, but she was friendly, chatty and kind. Not only was Dani professional but the whole team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere offering drinks and checking up on me! I have another appointment in January and I feel at ease that the team will look after me. This service was good value for money my hair is amazing! I can’t thank Dani and the team enough! Xx

I've only been here twice to Hereford but both times I come out feeling and looking fab with my new hair do! I felt totally comfortable with the set up for social distance etc, had a great chat with Luke! He also listened to what I wanted and explained everything he was doing which I find useful and interesting to know. I rarely go anywhere else and if I do I always come back to toni and guy!

The difference between Toni and Guy Hereford and where I’ve previously had my hair cut is the thoughtful conversation and advice given, coupled with a genuine skill in hair cutting. I’ve been to many places where they’ll give you the cut you ask for, but this is the first for me where I’ve had a discussion and had genuine thoughtful advice as to what would suit my hair type and head / face shape. It really lifts the experience above just getting a haircut. Great staff, a pleasant place to be, good coffee and sound advice, all resulting in a great haircut. Will be back.
