Avant Garde Hair Salon Hereford, Herefordshire

My first visit to a hairdressers since the start of lockdown (and my first visit to Avant Garde) Emma made it really clear and easy to understand all the new rules & restrictions. I don’t come to the hairdressers very often and usually leave feeling dis-satisfied, however Emma gave me a great haircut and style and I was really pleased! :)

I had a really great time at my haircut. My hairdresser was so lovely and very chatty which made the time fly by! I’m so happy with my hair and will be booking with her again. Also felt very safe regarding PPE and the measures taken.

Lovely haircut. The sink was very uncomfortable on my neck perhaps a towel would help to cushion it a bit. I couldnt enjoy massage had to refuse neck too uncomfortable. I dont usually have neck problems. I'm a physiotherapist!

An excellent hair restyle. Very professional and attention to detail was really good. I am thrilled with my new hair!

The hygiene measures were excellent.

Aileen is such a friendly and quality hairdresser I would recommend to anyone. Her advice for styling my hair has been invaluable and I have always left with such confidence in my hairstyle. A lovely shop with high quality and experienced workers.

I’m a returning customer but don’t always get the same person. This time it was Aileen who was nice and cheerful. She listened to how I wanted my hair and I absolutely love it! Not many people get my fringe right and how I like it. She took the time to make sure it looked right and I’m very happy with the finish. Thank you ?

This was my first visit to the salon since lockdown. I felt the measures for safety due to Covid that had been implemented were fantastic. Abbie was very professional and I’m very pleased with my colour and cut. I felt like a new woman leaving the salon. Huge Thanks.

I was greeted at the door, offered ppe and sanitizer. All stations safely distanced. Aileen made ne feel welcome, she captured exactly what I wanted. Great salon

Didn’t manage to have the colour as I wasn’t told on the phone of the 48 hour patch test!
Luckily I asked about this when I went in for a cut the day before, so my trip wasn’t wasted.

I’ll make another appointment for try colour, not the fault of Chelsea obviously.
