I loved my treatment today and the therapist was very lovely. However I feel my eyebrows are too dark. I love the shape though so I am now just wondering if I was to come again could they be done lighter so they look more natural?

Fantastic service this evening with Abby. She really makes me feel at ease during treatments and is lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend Abby and the salon. I’ve visited quite a few different beauty salons and Diamond is definitely my favourite. Don’t hesitate to book.

I had a hot stone massage which was done by Tanya and it was absolutely amazing. My back & shoulders were incredibly knotted, Tanya worked her magic & got rid of the knots. I felt like I was floating when i left the salon. There isnt any need to worry about the salon being Covid secure, PPE was worn & forms were filled in. Thank you Tan it was wonderful ?

I had been struggling with tension headaches, so decided to book a massage, the salon was very clean and have taken great covid measures. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is lovely. The massage it’s self was fantastic and just what I needed.

Brilliant facial, thanks Tanya for spending that little extra time on me.

had my eyebrows waxed & tinted & my top lip waxed today with Tan! Absolutely amazing, so so happy with the results! The whole diamond team are amazing.

First treatments since lockdown and I feel like a million dollars. Really impressed with all the safety measures. Brilliant as always.

I have missed my visits to Diamonds ? soooo much during lock down. Today I returned to a covid secure Salon. It felt, incredibly safe, plastic screens, sanitizer available everywhere, all staff wearing shields and ? masks. I could really relax and enjoy my treatments, that as always are excellent carried out by professional staff. Thankyou all the team at Diamonds, as I've said in my previous reviews we are really lucky to have you all in Hereford.
I don't feel so ferrol anymore. ?

I had a bikini wax and felt very comfortable with the standards of cleanliness and mask wearing. Both me and the lovely beautician wore masks and I was encouraged to anti-bac my hands regularly which was also good. There was a Perspex screen by the till and I didn’t have to touch anything. Perfect!

I always have Tanya to do my waxing I find her friendly efficient very attentive patient lovely lady . I pre book her as she is amazing at her job the best I have ever had would highly recommend her

Even when I arrive early, I am usually taken straight through and often come out before my actual appointment time. The staff are lovely and seem to really care about the clients even remembering things spoken about in previous appointments :) wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I enjoyed my experience as it was the first time I have had a fake tan. I was made to feel relaxed, an am pleased with the result. I have booked another one. My nails are always brilliant when leaving the salon.

I love the staff at diamonds they are all so friendly and make me feel so welcome and relaxed.
