Harry has been cutting my hair for a 3-4 years now, and always does a great job if it. He had left the salon for a while to pursue other work, but I'm glad he is back.
The staff are friendly and helpful, they do a lovely coffee latte...I would book a haircut just for that.
I got my hair cut a bit a shorter than usual, so its probably not looking at its best, but it will grow out looking good, styled and with a good body

I’ve been coming to Open for years for my colour and cut. Today was a cut with Elliot and it was great as always. I love the atmosphere in the salon and the guys always give you their full attention and time.

I sent an email after my appointment yesterday unfortunately as lovely as my stylist was was, she didn’t listen to anything I said about what I wanted. I showed her two pictures in a consultation for appointment and I’ve ended up with a very different version of her over short bob, sadly not what I asked for at all and haven’t had a reply from the email as yet. My hair is at least an inch and a half shorter than the style we agreed, which unfortunately has upset me.

Elliot cut my hair really well.I live in north London but after a few bad experiences and no one cuts my hair the same as open salon it’s worth the effort.

I’m a regular at Open and as always, I had a wonderful time chatting with Elliot about hair and everything else under the sun. And I came away with a meticulously executed cut that makes the best of my hair and is super flattering.

i have been coming open for a long time, and i can say i’ve had a fair few of the stylists do my hair over that time, but ever since sophie started doing my hair for me about 2 maybe 3 years ago, i have never and will never find another hairdresser as incredible with hair as she is. she’s so unbelievably kind and unique! i put all my trust in her and i have never left an appointment with her unhappy. she makes me feel beautiful when she’s done with my hair. i honestly cannot praise her enough :) she’s a magical lady with hair and the most sweetest stylist i have ever met. thanks for always being amazing with my hair!!!

Harry has worked his magic once again with my hair. He always strives and achieves perfection with my cut, so
I leave with confidence and a hair style that is me. Always so friendly and easy to chat to with guaranteed laughs. A real credit to Open.

Elliott has been with me from my dark curly bob to grey pixie cut and is now helping me to transition to new hairstyle. It’s always a pleasure to spend an hour with Elliot and his advice is invaluable - and I always leave with amazing hair!

I really enjoyed my visit , hair washing done exceptionally well by John . Molly then did the blow drying and as the hairstyle was for a wedding she took the trouble to add small side plaits . Always a very warm friendly atmosphere and I would happily recommend the Salon to a friend.
