I had a hair tint with *****, but unfortunately the colour did not last longer than 10 days and my brassy hair was starting to show again (even after buying the recommended colour shampoo and conditioner from the salon). After discussing my unhappiness, he agreed to re-colour it again with no charge. However I just feel that care was not taken, a lot of my hair line was stained for a few days and the colour has come out darker than I would of liked, even though I mentioned that I don't want to go darker. I will be looking for a new salon.

I have been coming.to Open since they opened. I have been to all 3 branches. The decor, welcome, staff are second to none. All ex Central London top top hairdressers. Please don't go anywhere else. Elliot is a Don. He's the man when it comes to an experience.

I love this salon, always clean, friendly team, nice vibe, great playlist always accommodating - they operate great hours & really reasonable in price. Whilst I’m not a hair girl keeping up with appointments they always manage to get my hair looking & feeling fab & there is no judgment on the condition that they have to work on! The Stylist I had booked on Xmas eve was unfortunately off ill, John stepped in immediately, he was very apologetic that the stylist I had booked wasn’t available. So pleased with the service and came out of the salon with an amazing haircut. Fantastic service and love the atmosphere in the salon whenever I visit.

Lovely Molly - she listens to what I want and knows what I'm trying to achieve with styles and colour. She instinctively knows when I feel like chatting and more importantly, when I don't. She even helps me shop for outfits for my teen daughters. She is so gorgeous - I'm lucky indeed.

Ian always listens to what I’m asking for - even if I’m showing him a picture off Pinterest. He’s a perfectionist at getting it right which means I always love the cuts. The salon is lively, clean and they always have tasty drinks on offer.

It was my first time having my hair done by Molly as my previous hair stylist had left. It’s always a bit daunting trying someone new, will it be the same will it be better, but I needn’t have worried Molly did a fantastic job I was thrilled.

I am pleased with the way I was taken care of by the female assistant who washed my hair who was very polite and friendly ( 18 yr old blonde).
This was the 2nd time Ian cut my hair and he was very friendly, professional and accommodating to my requirements. I was very pleased with the cut and look forward to the next one in 3 months time!!
