Charlotte was friendly and professional and listen to exactly what I wanted.
The quality of my cut and blow dry was excellent and will certainly book in with Charlotte again.
My over all experience in the salon was really lovely, not pretentious, just cool, calm and laid back! I will 100% be back :-)
Lovely Molly - she listens to what I want and knows what I'm trying to achieve with styles and colour. She instinctively knows when I feel like chatting and more importantly, when I don't. She even helps me shop for outfits for my teen daughters. She is so gorgeous - I'm lucky indeed.
Sophie was really friendly and lovely! I usually get nervous with new hairdressers but I felt happy!
Ian always listens to what I’m asking for - even if I’m showing him a picture off Pinterest. He’s a perfectionist at getting it right which means I always love the cuts. The salon is lively, clean and they always have tasty drinks on offer.

It was my first time having my hair done by Molly as my previous hair stylist had left. It’s always a bit daunting trying someone new, will it be the same will it be better, but I needn’t have worried Molly did a fantastic job I was thrilled.
Really enjoyed my experience and Sophie did a wonderful job with my colour.

I am pleased with the way I was taken care of by the female assistant who washed my hair who was very polite and friendly ( 18 yr old blonde).
This was the 2nd time Ian cut my hair and he was very friendly, professional and accommodating to my requirements. I was very pleased with the cut and look forward to the next one in 3 months time!!

I came into your salon this morning for an appointment with Charlotte and she truly has done an amazing job! I cannot stop touching my hair. I have had various members of staff cut my hair in the past but Charlotte has done wonders
I’m not one to leave reviews however if you want an amazing cut Charlotte is definitely one I would highly recommend.
I was half an hour late for my appointment - had wrong time in my diary - and really appreciated receiving a call to remind me of the appointment time. Molly still managed to colour my hair to her usual high standards despite having less time. So professional and always makes me feel at ease. Thank you

Absolutely love my new hair style. I’m 48 with very fine hair that is thin at the front. I told Ian he’d have a challenge on his hands! It had become very dry towards the ends where it had been highlighted and breaking but he was unfazed and knew exactly the best style for my hair type and hairline (grows much thinner near the front).. He explained exactly what he would be doing and why and gave me excellent advice on how to dry it. So now I’m the proud owner of a shorter bouncy bob length sharp cut with a long graduated fringe. My hair now feels soft and in great condition! I saw a friend after and she said I looked younger… that is a massive win ? On another note this is my favourite salon in town. It has a really friendly relaxed atmosphere and the staff are lovely.
