Had another great haircut with John. I got my hair cut in a London salon for over 14 years, but moved to Open as a result of lockdown/working from home. The quality of the cut is great and I won’t be going back to my London hairdresser now!

Sophie has styled my hair several times now, she gives a very professional and friendly service, nothing is too much trouble, she was very accomodating with me being able to bring along my 4 month old son to my appointment. The end result was excellent!

Harry is awesome, his training and experience is second to none, so I always feel lucky to have his expertise; Harry even manages to create volume in my hair which usually loves to lay flat to my head! All the staff at Open are so lovely, they listen and make sure you are comfortable and you always feel looked after. I left Open yesterday with beautiful hair for Christmas!
