Loved my experience today, the service was friendly and professional, nobody forces small talk upon you and I felt totally at easy.
I am anxious about having my hair cut due to previous bad experiences but my stylist was very understanding and worked with me for the look I wanted to achieve.

As always the atmosphere in the salon is one of friendliness and professionalism. I always enjoy my visits and get an exceptional cut and blow dry. Enjoy my chats with Charlotte.

I decided to have my very long hair cut short to donate to the Little Princess Trust.

I have been going to the Annexx for about 6 years. Charlotte is such an amazing stylist. I often give her a challenge and she never disappoints. I change my style and colour quite a lot and I am always confident that I will get the result I want. I look forward to my appointments as It's a time when I can relax and get pampered for a little while. The salon is very friendly with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend this great little place ????????????

This is a real hidden treasure, and just wonderful, the level of skill is exemplary, and it is so cosy and welcoming, everyone is delightful, I have Charlotte who is wonderful in every way, I just wish I could go to the hairdresser's daily!

Visited the Annexx today for colour and style. My hair looks amazing as it always does after a trip to the Annexx. Can’t say enough about Charlotte and her lovely staff.

I'm pleased with the colour. I feel the cut was overpriced at £35 for what was essentially my ends and fringe trimmed. I have curly hair do don't have a blow dry.

Marvellous- I had been away for a few months , was so good to be back at the Annexx today . I had so missed Jess , her sincerity and compassion is always 101% my colour and blow dry was sensational . I was very pleased and so happy with my hair . Jess welcomed me back with open arms

Came to the Annexx after a recommendation and went from long hair to a short bob. I can honestly say this is the best cut i’ve ever had. Tania was brilliant, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a style that really suited my face shape. So so thrilled!

I have never been to a salon before that is so relaxing. The results are always great because the stylists take the time to make sure that they understand what you want and the hair washing is a wonderful mini head massage.

Absolute gem of salon. I have tried a few salons in Berkhamsted and this is by far the best experience I have had. I had my hair done by Marie on a Tuesday morning and had the most lovley full head of blonde highlights. Very generous with the foils and the result is amazing. Lovley hair wash and exceptional friendly customer service. Will not be going to anyone else now.

As always Daisy did an excellent job. Charlie is 3years old and loves going for his haircut as Daisy is so good with him.
