Perfect. I have looked for Ben since I came home over a year ago. My hair is beautifully coloured and it's the best cut I have had in a very long time. I won't be going anywhere else soon.

Brilliant colour,, cut and blow dry. Ben listens, interprets well and uses his expertise to do a great job. He’s engaging too.

Really pleased with my colour. My hair looks glossy and healthy. Also had hair cut and it looks nice. Very relaxing salon and such friendly staff.

Cannot say how thrilled I am with my new cut. Shane cut it initially 12 weeks ago and followed with highlights two weeks later. This was first day for sanity after lockdown. I walked out feeling a new woman and a million dollars. Shane is very gifted stylist and really takes his time to give you his best. Yesterday I was feeling drab and passed salon to see they had late deal offer. Nearly ran inside to book cut and Shane was available. I left feeling very happy and grateful to Shane yet again..

Had an amazing experience with hair by elements. Tan in cut my hair and I absolutely loved it. It was so relaxed in the salon and you are really made to you so welcome from the start, and everyone was so nice. Would 1000% recommend. I will definitely be going back.

I tried a semi permanent colour at the salon for the first time and the colour is wonderful. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new hairstyle as well. I've had several inches of lockdown frizzy hair cut off and my hair looks fresh and shiny and suits my face better without being too short. Lovely experience and my stylist Shane is excellent. Thankyou!

Tamzin was a bit abrupt/ aggressive…and although I complained a couple of times she kept on pulling my hair/ scratching my scalp with her nails. My overall experience with her wasn’t very pleasant.

I love Elements but next time I ll for Shane to be available ?

Melissa instantly made me feel at ease when I went in for my consultation and continued to make me feel like I was is safe hands as she chopped off my long hair and brought out the clippers. The colour and cut she achieved is perfect, exactly what I wanted.

Brilliant

From the moment I booked my appointment the team were brilliant. I was asked to have a skin test as I hadn’t had my hair coloured since before lockdown and was also sent all the paperwork needed via email which gave me plenty of time to digest the information and costs.
On the day of my appointment Katie then went over everything again to check that I understood that due to it being the first time that I had had my hair coloured since lockdown they would need to use more product and more time to achieve my desired results and that I was happy to proceed which I was.
The whole time I was there I felt safe with the Covid measures the salon have put in place and well looked after by the whole team.
Considering the impact the past year has had on small independent businesses I think Elements have done an amazing job to continue to provide an amazing service to it’s clients and I’m so happy with my amazing new hair that I will continue to support this local salon.

Just had another wonderful hair experience at Elements. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and Ben is just THE BEST. He always listens to what I want and translates it into an amazing style/ cut. He’s so talented, I always walk out of the salon with a smile on my face.

I've just realized that i forgot to ask my stylist's name, although i enjoyed my visit in the salon today. The atmosphere was amazing. They really do care about comfort and wellbeing. Beside of the beautiful haircut i've got some handy advices and i've been offered refreshments too. I was really surprised how easy it was to make an appointment even in the "happy hour". My stylist really took his time and worked extra thoroughly. I am really overjoyed to cut my hair today in Elements. I would definitely choose them again!
