I’m utterly stunned with my hair results. Emilee worked a miracle on my brassy & outgrown blond locks!

I’ve been looking for a salon in Bishops Stortford on and off over the last 3 years and I finally gave M Salon a go. I visited for a treatment and consultation to break the ice with a stylist and see how I felt in the environment. I felt comfortable and at ease, so booked in my follow up appt which truly was a full works situation, with outgrown blonde (brassy & yellow) highlights, and dry/brittle ends.

When I arrived, I let Emilee know I’m quite nervous after a poor experience elsewhere a good 5 years ago and I would prefer that we took things slow and that she over communicated throughout the process, what’s involved, and be direct in managing my expectations with results. Emilee was amazing and really put me at ease by saying “we’re both new to each other and we can take it slow it together” and thanked me for letting her know.

The service and experience Emilee offered was exceptional. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge of blonde damaged hair, products, and what was achievable.

The end result is just stunning and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out. I finally feel in love with my long luscious locks again and can’t wait to come back for my next visit.

Overall, all of the girls who work there who I met are lovely and welcoming. It can often feel intimidating going into a salon, especially when your hair is in dyer need of a refresh, but I didn’t feel that here. Verity is also a lovely and I enjoyed chatting with her whilst she washed my hair.

Emilee was as great as ever giving me advise about my style. This is the third time I have been back to Emilee and I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is going to listen to what you want to achieve. Emilee is very honest if what you are wanting is mot possible but does give alternative ideas.

Another excellent cut from Emilee. Asked for something different today and as always, Emilee listened and did exactly what I wanted. Also, she allowed me to check the cut as she went along. It allowed me to make a proper decision about the amount of hair that I wanted to cut. I highly recommend the salon and Emilee.

Laura and Kevin go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much, they have a real gift for bringing out the absolute best and making you feel amazing when you leave.
