I booked my appointment here because they didn’t close until 9 on Wednesdays so fits in really well with work. I was so happy with my restyle. My stylist, Lauren, was friendly and chatty. I thought it was good value for money and less than I was expecting to pay. I booked my next appointment there and then and would recommend M salon to anyone.

Friendly and conscientious, Emily clearly listens and delivered a great cut and a shiny finish.

Very friendly young lady. Chloe blowed dry my hair very well.

I went in with lank, fine and boring hair and walked out with a fantastic new hair! All down to a completely new style. I left it entirely up to Columb and he worked wonders, he was willing to take a chance and did a really great hair style that suits me. I’ve had so many compliments. Thank you for being brave and doing what I asked ‘give me a haircut that suits me, suits my face shape and my lifestyle’. Fantastic.

1st time at the salon today and I thoroughly enjoy it. Felt at ease with the smiley friendly staff and the finishing touches were high quality as I was presented with a lovely coffee. Lauren was very friendly and informative showing me different techniques to curl my hair and advising me of products. I came out very pleased with how Lauren did my hair. Would definitely book again with Lauren. Tried various salons in the area after moving to Bishops Stortford 4 years ago and I’m pleased to say I feel like I had found the salon for me.

Brilliant!

I hadn't been to a hairdressers in a long time so I needed a major tidy up and decided to have quite a lot cut off. Emily sat me down to ask exactly what I wanted and she took her time to make sure I left happy with my haircut. She gave me the option of how I wanted it to be styled after the cut and she was very friendly throughout the whole experience too. Will definitely be going back!

Didn’t get her name but I had a blow dry done 20th December and she was extremely friendly and talkative. As I’ve never been to M before you can sometimes feel slightly awkward but I felt completely at ease. She also did a brilliant job.

Great salon, had my hair dyed with Hannah followed by a cut and blow dry by Emily. Hannah did a test patch on me as required and was friendly and offered good advice on my colour. Emily was nice, chatty and didn’t mess about. I was super happy with the outcome and will be going back! The salon is clean, toilet immaculate and nothing is stained. The workforce are well presented and don’t wear a uniform that consists of one colour. Every stylist is in fact a stylist! Love it!

Another great cut with Lauren. I needed a restyle as hair had got too long and she got it spot on. Happy Christmas Lauren and see you in the New Year x

Very pleased with what col did, came in from the street and fitted me in nicely, well pleased.

It was my first visit to the salon. Not only did Chloe make a good job of blowdrying my hair which hsd been dtyled elsewhere she also recommended some good products for me to try/ use. I found the whole experience from receptionist to stylist extremely good and would recommend the salon to others

My hair has a lot of frizz and is naturally wavy and Lauren did a perfect smooth blowdry for me. I have already rebooked! Thank you Lauren .

I find it daunting trailling a new hairdresser but I need not have worried.. Emily was fabulous, listening to what I wanted and cutting my hair to my specifications... I was very pleased with the results, I've already booked my next appointment with her...

I know we were 5 mins late but ***** totally ran out of time and it was rushed at the end, I think he finished at 4:15pm with his next client waiting. This led to hair falling in my 5 yr old son’s eyes and mouth before I asked ****** to get rid of it. By the end my son was almost crying. Happy with the hair cut but not the way it was done for such a young boy so won’t be having him again.

It’s a rare thing to walk out of a haircut feeling pleased but I was really happy with my cut from Lauren. I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely blow dry and at £15 with long, thick hair it’s not worth doing it myself!!

Everyone in the Salon is very professional, pleasant and easy to talk to. With a lovely atmosphere.
I came to the Salon with some ideas, Luke advised me on what would work with my type of hair.
I expect being at the salon for a good number of years is the reason he has such a vast knowledge of hair texture and how it cuts. I am over the moon with my new style and had many positive comments. I’ve noticed everyone leaves that Salon really happy and all the stylists have been with regular long term clients.

I was very pleased with my visit from start to finish. I had originally thought about having a very short fringe but Emily explained that as my hair was still quite sort that it might be wise to wait until it had grown a little (she was absolutely right!!) I’m loving my cut and the softness of the layers, well done Emily !!! (Can’t wait for my next cut)

I have been visiting M salon since I moved to the area and always leave feeling pleased with the result. Lauren is my stylist and she has the right amount of friendliness mixed with professionalism.

I also appreciate the fact that they offer late night openings as it means I can go after work rather than having to squeeze in at the weekend.
