As always good service & just what l wanted for my hair. Very pleased with the results.

Stuart was very welcoming and helped me decide on a new style. I was a bit nervous about making such a big change but Stuart made me feel very relaxed and excited about my new hair. He did an amazing job and was very friendly and polite throughout. I would highly recommend Stuart for any new cut. Thank Stuart, my bangs look great! :)

I love M Salon. The service is second to none, the stylists and colorists are without exception great at what they do and absolutely lovely people, nothing is too much trouble and they really care that you get what you need, plus the atmosphere is fab,

Really friendly staff and welcoming salon! Super clean and I got offered tea which is never a bad thing because who doesn’t love tea?
Olivia cut my hair and she was absoloutely lovely and really listened to me when I was saying how I would like my hair cut. I do think price wise it’s a bit steep BUT for the demographic and compared to places around -super reasonable and worth the money because it was a great experience.

Great hair dressers

It was my first time visiting M salon and it won’t be my last! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door. Both Lucy and Sonia really took the time to sit down with me and talk about the colour that I wanted to achieve, after I’d had it done at another salon elsewhere a couple of weeks before and was unhappy with the result. The colour that I ended up with was just what I wanted, and I felt back to me again! The only thing I would say was that I wasn’t aware that my hair wouldn’t be blow-dried after colouring (not that I’m precious about that stuff as I rarely blow dry myself!) it was blasted very quickly and then I was taken to the till. That really didn’t spoil my experience though, I think it would probably have been good to have flagged that it wasn’t included when booking the app or at the beginning just to manage expectations. All in all 5 star! :)

I have been coming here for over two years. Today my usual hairdresser was off sick so Stuart stood in and cut my hair. A bit nervous about having someone new cut my hair but instantly put me at ease and understood what I wanted to achieve!
He was lovely to meet and did a fantastic new style for me. He gave me great advice about my hair and really was a refreshing experience. Leaves me with a dilemma of who to go to next time!!!!

I love my hairdresser Luke cos he always does my hair perfectly - bet he blushes! Today we went from shoulder length to pick crop and I feel wonderful. Thank you Luke and all at M, you rock!

Wonderful salon, high standards throughout and you always receive a warm and friendly welcome. Colourists and stylists always give great advice and excellent service, I have never been disappointed. Online booking system is also fantasic as it makes it really easy to arrange appointments.

This was my first visit to M Salon and I'll definitely be returning. Colin cut my hair - he was super friendly and did a great job, he listened to what I wanted but also made good suggestions for what would look good. Staff all really nice and welcoming.

Stuart cut my hair today, he did a fantastic job.

A literal on the spot pop in to the Salon where I was greeted & helped by a lovely Receptionist who said there was a standby appt within 10 mins of me arriving. Not really knowing what I wanted to do Emily the stylist listened & worked to my thoughts & I came out with a fresh haircut & what I felt was a really nice experience..all in allcwould highly recommend this Salon in amongst so many in Bishops Stortford. Thankyou

New weighted fade., Luke has combined the heritage of the 1930’s and today, with a fabulous waited fade which I shall be taken to Glasgow tomorrow, Luke at Millers never fails to deliver a Sharp and confidence boosting haircut., thanks 1 million, see you next week come on guys I can’t be the only one having a haircut or a blowdry every week.
