We all have our own lives; our own problems, issues, work, etc. When we go to the hairdressers, we want to forget about it all and just get our hair cut. Is that too much to ask for? According to ***, apparently not. She would not stop talking about herself and her life. Sorry, but I am not interested. Hair cut was fine but won't be returning.

Olivia was lovely and she did a really good job of my hair. Loved the head massage too! Thank you!!

Nice salon, friendly staff. Although the late deal was not with a more experienced stylist, I thought Olivia made a good job of my short cut and at a great price!

Years ago the juniors who rough dried my hair were competent and even made a rough dry look good in a perfect world I'd have a proper blow dry but I can't afford them but I always walked out of the salon looking good but lately the girls who wash my hair and dry it are just not as competent as before and it makes a difference however the colouring is as good as ever

All the staff are so kind, wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a lovely atmosphere and is so hygienic! Trust them with my hair snd have never been disappointed with my cut!

Don’t get me wrong, i got to M to get my hair cut and Zoe is lovely! Always pleased. But I have been to get my hair coloured. I was blonde and wanted to go grey. So I have come out of there with my hair looking no different. It certainly doesn’t look grey. I am not very happy with the outcome at all.
I had a strand test before and the colour was so much different. I am more of an ash colour now. I’m going to have to be honest and say that I paid all that money for, what seems, just a hair wash.

I wouldn't get my hair cut any where else.

Had a wash and finish. Asked for a sleek, shiny, straight finish - walked out very embarrassed with fluffy, frizzy awful hair. Had to go home and don't own wash and finish. Waste of time and money.

Lovely friendly and professional salon, brilliant cut

First time using M Salons & I haven't had a cut in about 18 months. I was nervous putting trust in someone I'd never met but Lauren made me feel in safe hands and done an amazing job on my hair as I had a lot chopped off... definitely recommend this salon and Lauren herself.

As always a relaxing friendly and professional experience. Colour by Laura is great and my hair mojo restored. Cut by Kevin is excellent and I am so happy. Thank you guys

I had my very bad blonde colour and not so good short cut, completely transformed today by Laura and Kevin. I can't thank them enough for making me feel 'me' again! I'll be back in a few weeks as I've already made me next appointments.

It was a lovely experience. First, I was offered water and brought water with ice and cucumber. So refreshing! I was taken to have a chat about my hair. The hairdresser was friendly and understanding. She really listened to what I said and was really friendly. Washed, trimmed, blow dry and all without feeling rushed. I am absolutely planning to go back for my next haircut!

Having walked in on the off chance of getting my daughters haircut we were accommodated and greeted warmly. Olivia cut my daughters hair and was absolutely amazing with her. She was having a substantial amount cut off and Olivia advised us both to ensure that the end result would meet both our requirements and expectations, she also ensured that my daughter and I were happy with what she was doing the whole way through. She chatted to my daughter (who is 8) and made her feel comfortable and she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Whilst I sat waiting for her I observed the general atmosphere throughout the whole salon and was thoroughly impressed by all the staff who were all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be returning

Lauren cut my hair today, I went from long hair to chin length. I took a picture with me and Lauren did a perfect job ...exactly what I wanted ... she really takes a lot of care and is a great hairdresser .. happy to recommend

Luke cut and blew dry my hair on Saturday for my 50th birthday dinner party. He spent so much time making sure it looked lovely and would hold well for the evening. I will definitely book him again and will recommend him to friends.

I loved how enthusiastic & joyful Olivia was, just doing a wash & blowdry. It says a lot about a stylist when they are obviously passionate about their work; even late on a Saturday when the working week is coming to an end!

Kevin and his team are super friendly and more importantly they get the job done perfectly! Don't try and save a few pence elsewhere, these folks are the best and worth every penny.

Had a walkin appt with Laura and had a great experience! Very friendly and attentive and loved the finish of my hair. Laura even curled it for me and provided some tips on managing my hair. Will definitely go back and would recommend.

I had a very nice experience while getting my hair done. Everyone is friendly, hardworking and professional.
However, I asked to have my hair styled for a wedding. Unfortunately the whole thing fell by the time I walked down the street.

I would consider going back but not to get my hair put up.

Hair dresser (think his name is callum?) took his time and was very thorough. Very pleased with results and great value for money. Staff all very friendly.
