Stuart was my stylist for my first visit and he was fantastic; he listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable ad confident in his capable hands. Thank you! Its always a pleasure to have my hair done by Colin, he is very pleasant, competent and engages exceptionally well. All the other staff are pleasant and helpful at all times

My usual hairdresser is on maternity leave so I booked my hair cut and colour at M. I was nervous about going somewhere new but both Kate and Lauren were fantastic. I love my colour and cut. I have already booked my next appointment.

Colum (forgive the spelling) is great he's the only person I trust with my hair and he made it look fab!

I had my hair done today at M Salon - lowlights and haircut abd the experience was great and I love my hair. I came to the salon with a very dark line and very yellow blond hair as I haven't had highlights done for 5months. As I wanted to go more natural Katy recommended lowlights with few highlights in just to keep the light in my hair and Zoe did an amazing layer cut to get rid of my damaged ends.Im very happy with my hair. Katy and Zoe were both great, very easy to talk to and every inch of professionals. 5 stars for M Salon x

I recently visited the salon on the recommendation of my mum, who is a regular client there. Lauren did a fantastic job on my hair and was really professional and friendly. I'm always nervous of trying a new hairdressers but I would definitely recommend Millers.

I am always happy when leaving after getting my hair cut and/or coloured. Kerri cuts my hair and has done for years. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Zoe for a while now and I'm always so happy with my hair when she does it. She listens to what I want and gives me her opinion and we discuss what we're going to do. The salon itself is modern and welcoming, with friendly staff. I always have a wonderfully relaxing experience with Zoe!

I always love getting my hair styled by Zoe who works at the hairdressers she always knows how I want my hair to be styled.

Had a cut and blow dry with Lauren - from start to finish it was a great experience , wasn't rushed and we went through some styles until we found one that would suit me. I went from long hair to a graduated Bob and it looks fantastic - will definitely be returning (might go even shorter next time ????????)

Really nice friendly salon that didn't come across as pretentious, as some can. Good stylist who listened to what I was wanting done and took the time to do it well. Chilled ambience and overall a pleasant experience. I would definitely go back again, as it was my first visit on a standby appointment.

I never usually do reviews, however I think this is warranted. I'm very fussy with my hair, and wouldn't have my hair cut any where else. Always go to luke, and I am always consistently happy with the end product! I change styles quite a bit. Just take a picture, show it to luke and he takes care of the rest. All the staff are very friendly. Always a great experience.

I had a lovely hair wash with head massage and then a great cut and blow dry.

After recently moving to Stortford I decided to find a new local hair salon and stylist. Had my first appointment today with Stuart and I am so so pleased! He was attentive, full of great tips and advice and the finished look was exactly what I was looking for. The salon is very relaxed, professional and a great place to pamper yourself for a few hours!

Front of desk are very welcoming and professional . I am very pleased with my hair and I was given some good advice and questions I raised were explained and answered.on how to best do things at home . The salon has a good atmosphere and all the staff worked well together and it felt there was no hierarchy and a great team spirit . I will go back .

I had a lovely time at M! It was my first visit and I loved the cut and blow dry that Zoe did. I am pleased that I saw that sign on the street to pop in.

Had a Wash, Cut & Blow Dry for my night out. My Hairdresser was Kerry, she was lovely & gave me some really good tips. I then Had my nails done upstairs by Chloe & are best gels I've had in a long time. Were all really friendly & will defo be returning! Well done ladies!

I met my stylist Stuart, for the first time, and he spent a good amount of time in a really thorough consultation, getting to know my hair and how it behaves. He gave me a beautiful style. The next time I visited the salon, once again, he spent time getting to know what I wanted, and checked several times that it was the right length, shape, etc. He was fabulous! Kind, polite, professional, courteous and very talented. And made me cry with laughter! A really wonderful experience both times. I feel very confident that I have found one of the elusive, perfect hair stylists (a bit like a rare Pokemon ????) ????????????

Came in today looking like a shaggy sheep . Had cut my fringe as had not had time to get in I don't live close by. Stuart said anything you would like or leave it to him. Well I used to be a hairdresser & I have to have a great deal of trust to leave my style to someone else ,but I knew that my hair would be fab . Have had nothing but compliments since I left the salon . Very happy .

Lauren really listened to what I wanted. She showed me pictures of styles that incorporated the look I was hoping for. The result was a great cut and blow dry . I hope to be back to have some colour soon. Thanks Lauren. Jackie X

I enjoy coming to the salon each month to have my hair coloured by Katy and regularily cut by Luke. Everyone is very professional and friendly and give you a personal experience. The girls who wash and blow dry my hair are very sweet too
