Wonderful! Had a wash, cut and blow dry with Columb. He talked me through everything from start to finish and guided me to the best products for my hair. He did a fantastic job. Had a coffee from a young lady also while I was being pampered, unfortunately don't have her name. Lovely relaxing surroundings, lovely staff and excellent service. Will definitely recommend and definitely be back! Thankyou!

It was our first visit to the salon. Felt very comfortable, fab advise, i bought a product which i have used already and loved it! My daughters cut was stunning she is so happy!as was i! Def will be back xxx thank you so much xxx

Kevin and his team do a great job of making you feel good the moment you walk into the salon. It's great to see that they're always busy - that tells you everything!

I have been going to M for the last 18 months and since day one Zoe has cut my hair and I wouldn't have anyone else cut my hair as she is fabulous. She offers advice and tips to help me style my hair when it's get home . The other staff are always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend

I had my hair cut today by Lauren, she so good and she is very considerate about what you want. She's just past her diploma and is very good at hairdressing. Really do suggest lauren! Defienatly get my hair done by her again! ????

I've had my hair cut and coloured at M since its start. The staff are the friendliest and kindest. They go above and beyond. When I broke my arm they were one of the first to offer their support with keeping my hair clean and beautiful. They've also offered gift vouchers for fundraising events that I've ran. Id recommend these guys to everyone and anyone!!

I have visited M Hair twice to have some Kapello Hair extensions fitted.
Both Katy and Zoe are just amazing! Their attention to detail is brilliant and they always listen to what I want, they never fail to come through and I always leave the salon smiling! Plus we always have a laugh because they are so personable and lovely. I have been to a very reputable London salon for hair extensions in the past, let me tell you that M Hair is a million times better! I am so happy to have found this gem of a salon, literally changed my life!

Lovely experience from consultation pre cut , the wash and the cut. Very pleased with The stylist Stuart and will be returning.
Lost one point on atmosphere as the close proximity of other stylists made it a little noisy .

So, I was looking for a hairdresser in Bishop Stortford - I did some online research and came across "M". I loved the fact that their website gave so much detail on their stylists and as I wanted a radical change, I made an appointment with Stuart. I was not disappointed. His consultation was one of the most thorough I've ever had. We discussed what would suit me best and he explained what he was doing and the products he was using every step of the way. He is such a nice guy, very engaging and easy to talk to. I couldn't be happier with the end result - a fabulous cut and most importantly a stylist I feel confident in and comfortable with. This is the best haircut I've had in ages! Lauren was the only hairdresser to ever get me to actually run my hands through my hair mid-way through the session, so I could really feel if I liked it. Such a simple thing but very helpful! Lauren is my new favourite hairdresser and I won't be leaving it so long now between cuts:) I'm so pleased, I love my hair again! Thanks Lauren!

Brilliant stylists and colourists. You are made really welcome throughout your visit. Beautiful salon too. Nothing is ever too much.

Fifteen years I've been having haircuts in salons and this was the best one I've ever had.

Returned back to M today after a few years away and I was very impressed with the atmosphere and service I received today. Stuart was fab and really took his time understanding my hair routine and what I was after. Already have my next appointment booked!!

I has my hair done today, just a wash and blow dry but the fella who did it managed to style my hair exactly like I wanted it. Excellent job well done!

I went to see the lovely Lauren for some much needed help for my tired hair which was stuck in a rut!
She spent a good 5 mins going through what I wanted and what she thought would work for me.
After a gorgeous wash with a lovely head massage Lauren took her time getting my hair just right.
Whilst I was at M I was well looked after, it has a really lovely friendly atmosphere.

I will definitely be returning, hopefully next time it won't rain on my walk home!

The offer of a cut & blow dry for £19 drew me in to m salon & colan the stylist was with me discussing my hair within 5 mins. The whole salon experience was pleasurable and I was very pleased with my haircut. Colan was very good with his friendly chatter, hair care advice and the cut & finish was superb. I was very satisfied and even purchased some products. I will be back!

I had another colour and style with Katie and Stuart and have been again thrilled with the result. Colour is fantastic thanks to Katie. Stuart did a fantastic job and understood my concerns whilst suggesting and delivering the perfect cut. A great salon and team. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin, he is a gem! He takes the time to think about my cut and gets it exactly right every single time. He is a perfectionist which I love and my cut always attracts compliments. The whole experience in the salon is very relaxing and I'm always well looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff in millers are fantastic, very polite and welcoming.
The girl who cut my hair was very good, first hair cut I have actually liked in a long while!
I can't remember her name she is from Enfield.
She listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease.

The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. A very high standard of hair cutting and colouring. I leave a very happy customer and always look forward to my next appointment in the chair! Thank you Kevin and Laura.

i always come out of the salon with a hair cut experience that leaves me feeling on top of the world and rejuvenated. They listen to what you want your hair to look like and offer great advice on how to achieve hair style and hair health.

Really like my new cut, Stuart spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and what haircut would suit me and also my lifestyle. A great experience, would definitely go back for my next cut.

I have been a regular customer for many years and have never been disappointed. It is always a pleasurable experience and Laura(colour) and Luke(cut)are always fantastic.

I am pleased with my hair however was shocked at the price when I came to pay at the end of my visit! I think the prices are way too high and I am considering finding another salon after being a loyal customer for over 7 years due to the price increases.
