Grace was able to fit me in on super short notice. When I was there, she really listened to what I wanted and checked in with me during my cut and blow dry to make sure I was happy with it. A super friendly and helpful trip. I'm rarely happy with my hair after I've had it cut, but she did it exactly to my taste. I'd definitely recommend her, and hope to get her next time I come in!

First came to the Salon in May after suffering a disastrous hair colour & cut from a different salon, I went to the team at M salon hoping they could help & they really did. Laura helped direct me on colour and what would be best suit my natural features & colouring. She was honestly brilliant and I came away so happy. Because of that first experience with Laura I started going back & have since had my colour done by her three times. She’s an absolute magician at it & also is such a lovely person to chat to when the process is happening. The whole team as a collective are extremely sweet & have since sent the rest of my family there. I would always recommend it to anyone & this has now become my regular salon!

My stylist was Emilee and she was excellent. She understood my hair and how it fits into my lifestyle. One of the best cuts I have ever had

My trim was with Cassie but her name doesn't appear on your menu! Lauren used to cut my hair and she is great. Very pleased with Cassie's trim too. She did exactly what I requested and often checked to make sure she was on track. Cassie did ask if I ever coloured my hair and I explained that apart from occasional low-lights I didn't bother because it left my hair very dry. So she didn't go any further with colour services. I now opt for walk-in appointments which are very good value.

I have been coming to the delightful Rose for over a year now and not only is she wonderful company she has absolutely transformed my dull, dry and unmanageable hair. She has helped me find the perfect colour and cut and has never been phased by any of my requests, her knowledge and advice is spot on and always delivered with warmth and humour. Love this girl! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s always a good experience.

Cassie cut and styled my hair exactly how I like - she listens and gives advice - my hair is frizzy and not so easy to cut. I love it. The salon stocks great products and I hope to see my hair improve. Very efficient and friendly place. Highly recommended

Recommended a few years ago by a friend as I was looking for a good cutter to restyle my hair after decades of the same old look. Kevin is a brilliant cutter and gave fantastic advice. The salon has a friendly atmosphere and it’s always a pleasure to visit.
