Luke understood what I wanted and and did a very professional creative cut.

I had a really great haircut and experience at M salon! I rang up at 2pm today to get a promotion haircut and they kindly managed to squeeze me in. Chloe was super friendly and professional and did a really great job. All staff were very welcoming and it really felt like they enjoyed working there. For £25 I felt like my haircut was really great value. Thank you Chloe - I will be back! X

Lauren has been cutting my hair for over 3 years, so I was delighted when I was able to book her and Emily for my wedding on May 4th, not only for myself but for also for my 5 Bridesmaids.
Lauren and Emily thank you so much, you both did such an amazing job on all of us and I especially was over the moon with the final results.

Great service, Olivia took the time to sit down and properly discuss my hair and what I want done/ usually do with it. Had all the time in the world for me and is a lovely, down to earth person. Receptionist is also really nice and extremely welcoming. Even recognised me from when I booked the appointment the week previous!

Emily was amazing, would totally recommend her to my friends. The only disappointment was on arrival I was told by the receptionist that I was not booked to see Emily and would have to see another stylist. It was all sorted in the end but need to feel confident that if I book Emily again I will definitely be seeing her.

Had a cut and finish with Lauren today, she did a fab job and I'm so pleased with the result. Lauren's been cutting my hair for the last few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else - she's so friendly and always makes my hair look so healthy. I always feel like I'm in safe hands :)

This was, without a doubt, the best service and hair cut I’ve ever had. I had past the shoulder long hair and wanted to try a long ‘pixie’ style cut. I showed Stuart the look I hoped for and he tailored the hair cut to suit my face shape and lifestyle, explaining everything every step of the way, as he could tell this is what I needed to calm my nerves! As always a pleasure to visit the salon and have my hair cut. Despite being late, my fault, Kevin cut & styles my hair to his usual non compromising high standard and my bill was reduced as time didn’t allow for a hair wash.
