In the past I have struggled with my eyebrows being quite thin and after alot of patience Sanyukat has got them perfectly shaped for me! I highly recommend her and Rachel who has also done more eyebrows as both are fantastic beauticians! Urban Spa is very welcoming and friendly.

It was my first time at Urban Spa and I absolutely loved it! Angela was super friendly and lovely. Went there for an express facial and my skin... oh my! It feels fabulous! Would definitely recommend.

The therapist was nice enough, but there was not much hands on treatment.

I love coming to urban spa!! My therapist makes me feel so comfortable and it’s such a lovely atmosphere from the minute you walk in!! Won’t ever go anywhere else!! X

Sadly I could not have the stylist I usually have and although ***** was sweet, I am a bit disappointed with the end result. Once I put on my glasses, I could see a slight improvement in my lashes but, to be honest, it was not nearly as effective as when I had the treatment before with Victoria. I didn’t feel my money at £65 was well spent. I can only assume my own lashes were not long enough even though it was a little over 8 weeks since the last treatment. If that is the case, then I think I should have been told.

Exceptional service from walking in the door, warm welcome from Nicola. My therapist was nothing but professional and bubbly. I went in for a eyebrow reshape and tint, I have never been happier with my brows and don’t even need to fill them in when I have make up on!! Shauna was so knowledgeable and a clear professional. Shauna is excellent and provides a thorough, professional treatment, I have had courses for the Crystal Clear at Urban Spa for 8 years or so now and Shauna is by far the best therapist to have provided this treatment.

Very professional and welcoming. Waxing was done nice and quick but did not affect the quality!
