Such a lovely place to come. The therapists are lovely! They were all in Christmas jumpers and things so very festive. My treatment was with shaun again, she’s such a delight! Very warm and friendly, makes u feel completely at ease...

Came to your salon for the first time for a pedicure a few weeks ago and was delighted. My experience yesterday was not the same. And I am disappointed I thought the therapist was very nice but I do not feel the manicure was very good.

My manicurist called Maria was fantastic. She took really good care of me and was very fastidious with her manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend her and hope to go again soon.

The service and quality at Urban Spa really are unparalleled. The facials are luxurious and I always leave the spa feeling super relaxed.

First time at Urban Spa, great service, lovely waiting area, only went in for a wax but started chatting about skin and the lady gave me some samples to take away with me to try on my skin, easy to book in aswell.

The changing room was very small and there weren’t dressing gowns in all lockers, plus there were no slippers and I was not expecting to walk bare foot.

Amazing staff with hands of gold. Always a lovely experience.

Really pleased with my Russian lashes by Victoria. They last longer than ones I have had done elsewhere, I also find the application process very comfortable without any irritation. Although the initial full set is expensive I believe you get what you pay for, as they last so well and look beautiful
